Frame construction consists of extruded aluminum uprights with top and bottom rectangular steel tubes. NOTE: Actual panel height varies depending on position of levelers. A parent panel run (C) must be a minimum of 4 feet and a maximum of 12 feet, and must have a minimum of two return panels (A, B) totaling 20% of the length of parent run extended in opposing directions on each side of the parent run. METHOD 2. A parent panel run (C) must be a minimum of 4 feet and a maximum of 12 feet, and must have at least two return panels (A, B) totaling at least 60% of the length of the parent run extended in one direction. The minimum length of a return panel(s) should total 6 feet. When using 120 connections, 12 must be added to length of return panels as determined by methods 1 and 2. 5 I-Connectors I-connectors standard in black. I-connectors standard with panel. 2 per 30 H panel, 3 per 42 H panel, 4 per 55 H panel, 5 per 68 H panel, 6 per 81 H panel. Universal connectors allow 2, 3 or 4-way connections. I-connectors do not add to overall length of run. Panel-to-Panel Connector Attaches panel-to-panel in a straight run with screws. Ensures alignment on panels in a straight run. Baserail End Cover Kit (see page 48) Order Baserail Cover Kit to finish the end of every panel run (except when attaching panels to permanent walls). Open base panels provide lighter aesthetic and encourage air flow. Panels ship with polymer glide tower covers installed. Cover color will match trim paint color. Open base panels can be converted to raceway panels in the field. Order the raceway retrofit kit on page 49. Open base panels can be used in any combination with other Initiate panels (e.g., raceway, cableway, X, T, L, 120 degree). application with only other open base panels (L, T or X), an extended length universal connector should be ordered.
