This results in a high-performance and high-quality system, with an anti-drop lock system being aided with an ideal elastic element enabling to perfectly adapt its shape to the positioning of the tooth depending on the need. This system enables achieving a final assembly being comparable to the assembly of new parts, even with an adapter having a rather long service life. The elastic element, by diffusing in the whole available volume, including the clearances volume, creates a braking effect limiting the teeth motion on the adapters and thus significantly reducing the wear of these last ones. Vertical stresses are balanced via: stabilizing flat profiles enabling to maintain stress free the tip on the pin locking system side fastening ears enabling a perfect transfer of the loads The pull-in system makes the tooth integral with the holder. The nose geometry enables the adapter to compensate the vertical, side and longitudinal loads applied to the adapter. The self-sharpening shape of the tooth ensures a perfect penetration in the material. 14 INSTRUTIONS SHEET PE THE UKET IN ISSSEMING POSITION: the blade must be positioned at a tilt angle of 30 compared to the horizontal line. 2. RIVE OUT THE PIN using the disassembling tool. Remove the tooth from the adapter. 3. OMPETEY REMOVE THE RESIN ORE and clean, if necessary, the adapter nose and the resin receiver. 4. KEEP THE UKET IN TITE POSITION so that the tooth positions through a gravity effect to be in contact with the adapter. Position the teeth on the adapters and insert the pins from the bottom. 5. INTEGRTE THE PINS WITH THE TEETH by applying a hammer blow. 6. MKE SURE THT THE ONTT ETWEEN TEETH N PTERS IS ENSURE. 7. PREPRE THE STIMIX kit which is composed of a gun, a cartridge containing the resin and two mixer tubes. Remove the cap by unscrewing the nut, place one mixer tube on the cartridge, fasten the tube using the nut. Place this completed unit on the gun. Keep the cartridge in straight position in order to avoid any leakage. 8. Y EXERTING SUESSIVE PRESSURES ON THE GUN HNE, while keeping in straight position, the resin will move forward in the mixer tube. We recommend removing a product quantity being equal to the three first pressures. 9. INTROUE THE STIMIX RESIN INTO THE ORRESPONING PORT (ETWEEN PIN N TOOTH). Operate smoothly but firmly and without interruption until all teeth are fitted. Wait 15 to 20 minutes before using the bucket in order to benefit from the optimal resin features. 9
