2 Who and what is K4A? So, what is K4A? K4A is a karts, parts & accessories concept for the motorized sport & leisure market, developed by Harm Schuurman and Robbin Loois. Together with TRS Taiwan and DAP Italy they developed the K4A kart which is fast, affordable and easy to maintain. Why should I choose K4A Kart? K4A is a unique stepping stone into the karting world, whether you are an experienced rental-kart or a recreational (race) driver, K4A has THE kart for you. Because of its innovative Back-to-Basic (BTB) concept and smart engineering, the kart requires little maintenance thus ensuring you need little technical knowledge to keep driving. Nevertheless this kart is no toy! The chassis is designed by DAP Italy, one of the most innovative kart manufactures in the world, which has lifted names like, Ayrton Senna, Alex Zanardi and Stefano Modena to Formula 1. Its engine is a durable 15Hp, 12Nm, 4-stroke engine which can let you reach speeds well over 100 km/h, 5 cm above the ground. But, can I drive a K4A kart? Yes you can! The question is, do I fit in? The kart is suitable for young and old, short (150cm, with optional parts) and tall (190+cm). Due to the rubber seat insert (optional) and the 2-way-pedal system, it is even possible to share a single kart with friends and family. Of course you can also tailor the kart to your own size and preferences. Can I afford it? Our goal is to let you have the formula 1 feeling without having a big budget, and. of course to let you have a big smile on your face, once you have driven a K4A kart. 4 The K4A chassis by DAP CNC machined and gold anodized K4A style: rear hub, 3SC sprocket carrier, disc carrier, rear axle bearing cage, steering hub and more. The sprocket protection will protect your sprocket when touching the ground or curve stone. The K4A clutch protection system (CPS), ensures you cannot be on the throttle and the brake at the same time. Our integrated spring system ensures you will not notice this system working. This will extend your clutch lifetime endlessly. Minimum rear width limiter (137cm) meaning it will be impossible to fit wheels incorrect without prior modifications. 2-way-pedal position system, ensures the kart is suitable for different sizes of people. 3x sprocket carrier (3SC) ensures you always have a usable gear available upon arrival of your new K4A kart. K4A has even integrated an accurate sprocket line out system. Detachable chrome front, rear and side chrome bumpers. The Rear bumper loop style extends beyond the frame, in order to ensure your safety. Moving and hot parts are also covered up as much as possible, after all, safety first!

7 What is the use of a K4A kart transport crate? The K4A Kart Crate enables you to receive a COMPLETELY assembled kart anywhere in the world! How much time/money would you save not having to assemble an entire kart? This is something the karting world has never seen before! The crate is multifunctional, meaning: it holds an original K4A kart stand, as well as an environmental blanket which you can lay under your K4A kart while doing maintenance. The K4A Kart Crate even provides the basic bodywork for a trailer thus solving the kart transport problem which one may have. The crate can be shipped standing straight up, this way you can ship exactly 2 completely assembled karts onto 1 Euro Pallet, the size of 1 crate is 120x50x200cm(LxWxH), meaning transport will be even more affordable. You will have less chance of a technical malfunction due to transport, after all safety first! You can also count on faster delivery times when using our K4A crate, we have plenty preassembled and packed karts in stock. This ensures that we can ship your kart straight after your order.
