7 2 Directives concerning the suspension points of GISKB smll crne systems The distnces etween the suspension points depend on the profile size nd the strin. This dimensioning is mde ccording to the digrms or the clcultion progrm. The type of suspension depends on the constructionl sitution. The short suspension cn e of rigid or pendulting type. The suspensions from rod re ville pendulting only. Pendulting suspensions re esier to ssemle. Inccurte lignment due to imprecise ceiling structures cn e voided. Cre is to e tken tht the ngle of the suspension does not differ more thn 5 from the verticl position. 2.1 Distnced monorils Monorils suspended from rods must not e rced impertively provided tht no side drgging of hoist exists. Prctice, however, shows tht side drgging cnnot e excluded, wherefore rcings re to e provided. For distnced suspensions greter thn or equl to h4 = 500 mm (see pge 10) trnsverse nd longitudinl rcings re provided. Longitudinl rcings re to e provided for oth trck ends nd lterl rcings for every second suspension. Monorils with ends nd trck switches: See to the specil guide notes for "Bends nd trck switches". 2.2 Suspended crnes Comintions for pendulting nd rigid suspensions: If the crne trck is suspended from the ceiling pendulting, the crne ridge cn pendulting or is rigidly connected to the crne trck (see pge 18-19). If the crne trck is suspended rigidly, the crne ridge must lso e rigidly connected to the crne trck (see pge 19). Doule crne ridges must lwys e rigidly suspended from the crne trck (see pge 20). 8 3 Dimensioning suspended crne 3.1 Crne ridge The selection of the profile size depends on the strength (P) nd the spn (W) of the profile. In tles 3-1 (single crne ridge) nd 3-2 (doule crne ridge) the dequte profile size cn e found. Lod... : The strength (P) does include the ded weight of the electric chin hoist nd the trolley. The mx. dmissile lod is s follows: GISKB I = 800 kg / GISKB II = 1600 kg. Length of spn. : The dmissile spn is shown in the tle, depending on the type of profile. Its mximum is 7800 mm. The clcultions in tles 3-1 nd 3-2 re sed on permissile deflection of W / 400. The clssifiction of crnes is ccording to EN 13001: HC4; U2-U3; Q0-Q4; S0-S2 nd EN 15018: H2/H3; B3/B4. For other deflection fctors there is clcultion progrm t your disposl. 9 3.2 Crne trck / Monoril The spn A is sed on the digrms 3-3 (GISKB I) nd 3-4 (GISKB II). The mximum spns re different in the end field (EF) or middle field (MF). The 1 field solution (1F) hs only 2 suspension points nd must e clculted seprtely. The lod on the crne trck or monoril is clculted using the following formuls: Crne trck: PKB = lod crne trck PKB = 1.29 x PH x (P x PKT) PHB = lod monoril PH = permissile lifting cpcity Monoril: P1 = ded weight trolley nd electric chin hoist PHB = 1.29 x PH x P1 PKT = ded weight crne ridge The length rtio etween two djcent fields must not exceed the vlue of 1.5 nd not fll elow the vlue of 0.5.
