2 Closed Recycling Collector WSLK Smooth, easy to clean front panels and seamless body are just some of the features this series of collectors has to offer. These carts are outfitted with tilt out bins that can be opened by using the pedal at the bottom. The individual containers are removable through the rear of the cart. The bins have an approximate 43- litre capacity (see page 70). The open bottom construction minimizes the soiling of the collector due to incorrect waste insertion. WSLK 330C with individual colour coded lacquered panels To meet individual requirements the carts are available in different designs: As standard the body of the cart is made of STAINLESS STEEL. Bins are not included. On request they are also available with coloured front panels. Closed Recycling Collector WSLQ Another version of the closed recycling collector with tilt out bins is our model WSLQ. This collector, which is specially designeåd for narrow places, has a depth of only 400 mm. The containers are removable through the front panels of the cart via a new second angle of the opening mechanism. 4 Closed Waste Collector These closed waste collectors are equipped with pedal lids. For emptying bins or sorting bags, the front door can be pulled out like a drawer. These collectors are equipped with a noise absorbing lid damping. On request, the front doors are available in a coloured, lacquered design for a surcharge. 5 Recycle Bins (43 l) Recycle Bins and Lids This line of containers was specially developed for the Hammerlit waste management system. This system encompasses in house transport and waste sorting. The containers are easily cleanable in any facility. Features: 2 sturdy integrated handles 2 additional integrated handles in the bottom of the container to facilitate emptying. Integrated moulds to accommodate our slide system (see page 73). Drainage holes on ridges and handles Stackable, both with and without lids. Material: Polypropylene Dimensions: 305 x 445 x 515 mm (W x D x H) Lids We recommend that all containers should have lids. The Hammerlit lid is constructed of impact resistant anti- static polymer. The integrated handle is easy to clean and allows an ergonomic handling. Lids are available in the following versions. 1. Lids with integrated hook (D60-D68) The inside of the lid is equipped with a hook to allow the lid to be hanged on the container when opened (see picture). 2. Lids with integrated hinge (DT60-DT68) This Hammerlit version of lid is outfitted with an integrated one piece moulded hinge. This avoids having spaces in which dirt can accumulate. Contrary to other similar lids in the industry, the Hammerlit lids are outfitted with an overload security device, which prevents the hinge from braking under stress. 6 haliroll Bin Carrier WSR 531 WSR 532 2x WSR 532 With the haliroll bin carrier the Hammerlit recycle bins can be used as independant, mobile collecting units.-the frames can be joined together to make various units.this combination consisting of bins and haliroll frames makes it possible to easily assemble a practical collecting unit.no tools or screws are needed to join the frames together. The construction enables one frame to simply be hitched to another one. The mobil frame is made of STAINLESS STEEL wire, extremely strong and easy to clean. It is equipped with four swivel castors, Ø 50 mm, plastic wheels and galvanized chrome-plated casings. Each haliroll frame has a storage slot on the side to hold a lid. 8 Straubing plus Series Waste Collectors WSP 110 WSP 210 WSP 330 WSP 410 with pedal mechanism WSP 540 The Straubing plus series offers a variety of possibilities (see chart on page 73). All models consist of STAINLESS STEEL frames, swivel castors and corner bumpers. These carts are available standard from single up to quadruple wide units. Every unit has slides to accommodate one 43 litre container. Lids and containers have to be ordered seperately (see page 70). An optional grip ring assembly for holding bags and nets can also be added to any bay. These assemblies are outfitted with hinged lids and the Hammerlit HR 2000 grip ring. Since these assemblies can be added and removed easily, the units can be re-configured at will to suit your changing needs. Bag and net holder assemblies are also available for mounting on the side of the units. As an option, the carts can be outfitted with an optional pedal mechanism and lid damping (as seen on page 17). 9 Straubing plus Series Waste Collectors Added versatility to the Straubing plus line can be achieved by combining it with our WSA collectors as shown below. All versions of the Straubing plus cart can be outfitted with this add on unit at each side. WSA 13 WSP 310 WSA add on unit without containers Model # WSA 13 Every bay of a Straubing plus collector is covered by a hinged lid. These are available in a wide range of colours (see page 70). Please order the lids seperately. The lids are easily cleanable due to their smooth surface. All lids can also be ordered with cut out openings in circular or oval form, to accommodate specific types of waste. These cut out openings offer the following advantages: 1. The lid does not have to be lifted to dispose of items. 2. The opening has the approximate shape and size of the goods to be thrown in (e.g. oval for paper and round for bottles). In addition to the colour coding and labelling of the lids, this provides extra security for efficient waste sorting. In the case of some types of waste, for example flowers or miscellaneous waste, a cut out open this sort is neither recommended or practical. For applications such as these, we recommend a hinged lid without opening. The number of grip rings results by deducting the number of containers from the total number of bays.
