2 Hymach was founded in 1983 with the aim of designing and constructing machinery for the maintenance of roadside green areas. Our machines consist of one arm, available in different lengths, and are to be mounted centrally on tractors with a custom-made chassis. Based on the first product range, we have broadened our product portfolio to include machines for special uses, such as straddle mowers, aspirating grass-cutting machines and hedge trimmers that can be fitted to tractors, trucks and other self-propelled vehicles. After gaining considerable experience in this field, Hymach decided to offer traditional mounted machines that reflect the same levels of quality, reliability and durability of the original machines. Hymach is committed to providing customers with custom solutions that meet their specific needs. 3 VISUAL energy Hymach's range of rear mounting equipment for tractors is extremely wide. It includes the three main categories of rear mounting machines with short arm (3 to 5m), rear mounting machines with reverse-u arm suitable for overcoming plant rows, rear mounting machines with long arm (5 to 10m), and rear mounting machines with custom coupling frame and extra-long arm (10 to 15m). The last two categories are described below. The rear mounting machines with long arm include the Trusty (standard, Visual, Flexor and Double), Master, Energy (standard, Visual, Flexor and Double), and Libra series. The rear mounting machines with custom coupling frame include the Maxima and Maxima XL series. All machines have a two-segment arm. In addition, all models over 6m have one or more telescopic ends with a so-called "fishing-rod" system which enables reaching maximum extension and at the same time facilitates working flush to the wheel on traffic medians and adjusting to narrow spaces during road transportation. The rear mounting machines can be attached to the tractor's lifter though a 3-point coupling and operate through a connection with the PTO. Longer machines are provided with an optional stabilizing frame, which can also be removed in a few easy steps. The Maxima and Maxima XL series are equipped with a coupling frame which is applied to the tractor s chassis, custom made and integrated in the equipment, so that the machine can be removed in one block. The Trusty and Energy series are also available in the Flexor version, which is equipped with a pantograph system on a double hinge with an independent moving piston that enables working flush to the wheel, even upward, without having to move sideways, and in the Double version, where both the arm and head can be turned away on the right and the left-hand side as well as in the two driving directions, if mounted on a reversible-drive tractor. Master and Libra are characterized by the position of the arm's hub, which is shifted to the centre of the tractor and improves stability even during handling in extreme positions. 4 The machine's structure is made of high quality and high resistance flexible steel. The main joint elements, axle-boxes and plugs are made of a type of steel that has undergone hardness and rectification treatments for more resistance, functionality and durability. All jacks are equipped with adjustment valves which ensure considerable resistance, optimum manoeuvrability and durability. Key components of the system - such as pumps and motors, multipliers, distributors and radiators - are chosen among the best brands on the market for their performance and reliability. By doing this, we provide highly powerful and productive equipment. Mowing continuity and uniformity are ensured by the particular shape of the shredding head shells, which are in line with the cutting rotor's design and leaves an even space to facilitate the cuttings discharge, and the wide range of cutting systems, which are suitable for different types of greenery and ground conditions. The standard setup, which was constructed to ensure perfect functioning and excellent performance, is made of a shredding head with a helical multipurpose blade rotor, pumps and a high efficiency motor (with pistons for the "Maxima" series and with gears for all others), a hydraulic distributor with mechanical lever controls, and a heat exchanger. In order to provide the most suitable machine for everyone's work needs, several options are available: - closed-or open-circuit piston pumps and motors; - electro-hydraulic distributors with a single-lever joystick which enhances the controls' handling and sensibility (several types are available depending on the desired functionality); - a floating system which allows the entire machine (arm and head) to float and constantly adjust to the ground - after the head is activated and the system is switched on from the machine's control panel, it is no longer necessary to control it, as it automatically adjusts to ground bumps and hollows while keeping an even cutting height and ensuring a uniformed cut, higher productivity and less stress for the operator; - a retractable support wheel which reduces the quantity of ballast necessary to balance the tractor when the arm is extended; - a third arm segment which facilitates working on narrow roads without cluttering the roadway, raised mowing and keeping near the road edge; - a revolving coupling which allows the head to rotate by 360 in respect to the ground and to adjust to the cutting mouth backwards (a very useful feature for working with the reversible-drive); - a blower unit for cleaning the roadbed cuttings. Several head types make the machine extremely versatile: rotary shredding heads with usable cutting length up to 200cm, central reservation clearing tools, rotary ditch clearing tools, branch cropping bars, cutter bars, flush heads, brushing heads, and hedge cropping heads. All standard machines are set up to operate on the right side, but can also be made to operate on the left side. libra maxima xl
