15 Terms & Conditions Design preparation All designs must be prepared and vectorized for robotic tufting. Designs are needed in high resolution raster or vector files such as; TIF, PNG, BMP, AI, EPS, CDR. Cost for digital preparation per design is 50. For very complex designs or insufficient quality of delivered data the actually arising work time will be charged at 50 per hour. Design preparation cost will occur only once per design. It will not be charged if the same design is repeated identically. In case of variation of format or size these costs arise anew for production related reasons. General conditions Prices do not include VAT. All prices are Ex Works Korschenbroich, Germany. Freight prices upon request. All orders are processed in order of receipt. Delivery time will be agreed upon for each order. Samples for approval can be produced in advance at customers cost. The customer must be entitled to use the logo. Minimum order quantity is 1sqm. Payment terms 50% of sum must be paid before start of production. Inside Germany: 50% are due within 2 weeks after delivery. Outside Germany: The remaining balance is due before shipment. Returns and Exchanges policy All orders are specifically tufted based on customers orders. Redemptions and exchanges are excluded for this reason.

(Minimum order 1sqm) Make your choice of quality whether it is low and dense hockey lawn or high pile football grass. Define your required pile height, stitch rate and gauge or choose from our predefined qualities. Select your desired colour(s) by choosing from our range of up to 19 brilliant colours. You will get your quotation and design preview within a few days. We will start to tuft your individual piece of artificial grass after having received your confirmation. Your individual piece made from high quality artificial grass will be delivered in 2-4 working weeks.
