3 NHHH1 1 RENTAL INFLATABLES Blimps. Rental costs: Price includes: Visualisation: day 2 days 5 days Vat Artwork banners to both sides, first fill of helium, tether line harness, tether lines, filler tube/valve kit, operation instructions, emergency repair kit, delivery, CAA flight clearance certificate and an initial Install/Instruct by one of our trained operators (1 day only). All prices are subject to sight of final artwork and design. A full colour visual is provided free to help you visualise the finished blimp design. Subsequent visuals/alterations to the original will be charged at 15 per visual. Our Prices Assume That: An operator s working day is 8 hours. Additional hours charged Vat. The operator has the final say on whether the blimp should fly or be brought down subject to weather conditions. An admin fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 1 week or less prior to you event. Secure overnight storage for inflated blimp must be supplied by the client. If this is not possible we reserve the right to charge for sufficient helium to deflate each night. (The first two cylinders are included in quoted price). The blimp takes 1.5 tanks to fill, the remainder of the second cylinder is for top ups. This will last you the rental period durations long as you have overnight storage so as not to have to vent the helium every night. If overnight storage is not available you will need extra helium. Helium cylinders to be supplied at Vat per cylinder also includes delivery.
