SUZUKI use Part # HA6860. he following instructions describe the acceptable configurations when using Optimus steering cylinders in triple and quad engine applications. Please read all installation instructions before you attempt the installation of the engine bracket and tiebar. Refer to Optimus Installation Manual Book 50 for steering cylinder installation. Cylinder to Engine Configuration able Config. A* Cylinder on center engine, port engine is slave. Config. B* Cylinder on center engine, stbd engine is slave. Config. C* Cylinder on stbd. engine, center engine is slave. Config. D* Cylinder on port engine, center engine is slave. * Review warnings noted in figures, 3, 4 and 5 for MAX. engine drop. Lightly grease bolts (item and ). hread into far aft hole and into forward hole in the slave engine tiller arm and torque to 1 ft-lb. 3. While holding the head of the bolt (items and ) with a wrench, tighten and torque nuts (items ) to 1 ft-lb. Position tiebar into appropriate hole as shown in figure 7, 8 and Apply thread locker to the LON or SHOR shoulder bolt and install. orque to 70 ft-lb. 4.
