Exa o Plano Nacional de Aplicação previsto no artigo 3 -D do Regulamento (UE) 2015/995 da Comissão que altera a Decisão 2012/757/EU relativa à especificação técnica de interoperabilidade para o subsistema exploração e gestão de tráfego do sistema ferroviário da União Europeia (ETI OPE). te-se que as datas identificadas no Plano são respeitantes à entrada em vigor dos respetivos documentos: - - Regulamento (UE) 2015/995, de 8 de junho; - - Regulamento Geral de Segurança II (RGS II) - Sinais; - - Regulamento Geral de Segurança I (RGS I) - Princípios Fundamentais (regulamento já aprovado pela Comissão Europeia e a entrar em vigor na data indicada); - 31/03/ Sistema de Gestão de Desempenho da Infraestruturas de Portugal, S.A. (Gestor de Infraestruturas); - 31/12/ Regulamento Geral de Segurança III (RGS III) - Circulação de Comboios, Regulamento Geral de Segurança IV (RGS IV) - Regimes de Exploração, Regulamento Geral de Segurança V (RGS V) Sistemas Complementares de Segurança. Estes regulamentos serão submetidos, para aprovação da Comissão Europeia, até junho de 2018 e entrarão em vigor previsivelmente em dezembro de Queira aceitar, Senhor Diretor-Geral, os protestos da minha alta consideração.
