1 Important: Please read these instructions carefully prior to installation. Please refer to your fitting instruction to ensure that the roof racks are installed in the correct locations. Check the contents of kit before commencing fitment and report any discrepancies. Place these instructions in the vehicle s glove box after installation is complete. Layout Important Information Maximum Load Rating 75kg. Recommendations It is essential that all bolt connections be checked after driving a short distance when you first install your Rhino Tourmaster lloy Tray. olt connections should be checked again at regular intervals (probably once a week is enough, depending on road conditions, usage, loads and distances travelled). You should also check the roof bars each time they are refitted.make sure to fasten your load securely. Please ensure that all loads are evenly distributed and that the centre of gravity is kept as low as possible. Use only non-stretch fastening ropes or straps. Sensitivity to Crosswinds, ehaviour in Curves and raking The handling characteristics of the vehicle, changes when you transport a load on the roof. For safety reasons, we recommend you exercise extreme care when transporting wind-resisting loads; special consideration must be taken into account when braking. Please remove alloy tray and crossbars when putting vehicle through an automatic car wash. Load Ratings Maximum permissible load is 75kg (include the weight of the alloy tray and roof bars, 7kg). When roof racks are to be used in off-road conditions, please build a safety factor of 1.5 into this load limit. lthough the roof racks are tested and approved to S , ustralian road conditions can be much more rigorous. 3 2 Insert Main Cross ar into the leg as shown. Set aside for assembly later. 4 4 Steps 1-8 : Screw in the self tapping screws (item 16) as shown Step 9 : Peel off the VH tape on the deflector Steps : lign the Wind Deflector with the crossbar holes (10) and (11), insert self tapping screws. Steps : Insert self tapping screws

5 6a Place the completed tray on top of the 2500 Series crossbar assembly. For 2500 Series crossbar spacing, refer to inset picture below. DETIL Refer to dimension and (as shown) on your particular vehicle s supplied fitting instructions (DK kit) for crossbar spacing. FRONT RER

6 6b Place the completed tray on top of the SX crossbar assembly. For SX crossbar spacing Distance measured from bar centre to bar centre Min : 600mm Max : 850mm DETIL MIN 600 mm MX 850 mm Distance measured from bar centre to bar centre

7 7a ssemble the clamp on the Tourmaster Crossbar as shown. 7b ssemble the clamp on the SX Tourmaster Crossbar as shown. 8 The Rhino Tourmaster lloy Tray is ready for use.
