8 Introduction Introduction The connection between ibos and the uniflow software has been described in this manual. As of ibos version it is possible to communicate with the uniflow software using the uniflow Generic Budget Connector. ibos must be installed, before the uniflow software and the uniflow Generic Budget Connector should be installed. Preferably both uniflow and the uniflow Generic Budget Connector should be installed on a different server. When ordering uniflow software, an uniflow Generic Budget Connector license should also be ordered. When ordering the ibos license, the desire to connect with uniflow should be specified 2 - uniflow Gen. Budget Connector for ibos

12 Configuration Activate License in ibos 1. Start the Inepro Back Office Manager. 2. Go to the Help menu. 3. Click on Registration. The pop-up License status will be opened: 4. Click on the Load license button. 5. Browse to the location containing the Inepro license file. 6. Select the.ibol file. 7. Click on the Open button. 8. Click on the Close button. 9. Close the Inepro Back Office Manager. 10.Restart the Inepro Service Manager service via services.msc. By restarting that service, all Inepro services will be restarted. 13 Add Product Code in ibos Add Product Code in ibos 1. Start the Inepro Back Office Manager. 2. Click the Paperprice button. 3. Click the New Paperprice button on the taskbar. Version

14 Configuration The pop-up window New Paperprice will be opened: 4. Insert the correct product code. In this example we have used UniFLOW. 5. Furthermore insert at both the Terminal Display Name and Name the desired name for the product. For example: UniFLOW job. 6. Select the desired group at Product Group. In this example we have used 'Print'. 7. Scroll down to the Paper Type field and select the correct type. 8. Click the OK button. The uniflow jobs sold will be registered in the uniflow software Budget management system with ibos In the uniflow software the setting at the Budget mgmt. system page must be configured as followed: 1. Start the uniflow server configuration on the uniflow server using this URL: 2. Click the Server Config. menu-item. 3. Click the Interface item. 4. 15 Budget management system with ibos The following options should already be preselected at their respective fields: Budget Management System= Universal Budget Manager Default Budget Plug-in= uniflow Generic Budget Connector 5. Insert at the Web Service URL field, the IP address of the Inepro Business Server, the port number and '/BudgetService' in this format: < Example: 6. The retry time at Pending Transaction retry time should be set to Insert '%USER.Default_CardNumber%' at the User identification token field. 8. Insert 'inepro' at the Customer Code field. 9. Select the option 'ERROR' at the Log Level field. 10.Click the Save button Version

16 Configuration Budget Connector configuration in ibos 1. Start the Inepro Back Office Manager. 2. Go to the Tools menu. 3. Click the System settings menu-item. The pop-up window System Settings will be opened: 4. Click the UniFLOW Budget Connector option. 5. Double-click the field in the Global Value column in the Product Code For Transactions row uniflow Gen. Budget Connector for ibos

17 Budget Connector configuration in ibos The pop-up window System Setting is opened: 6. Insert the desired product code at the Global value field. 7. Click the OK button. 8. Click the Close button. The Global Value for the 'Product Code For Transactions' will now be changed in uniflow Disable SSL When no SSL is required to reach the Inepro Business Server, a setting must be created in the SQL database. 1. Start SQL Management Studio. 2. Open the ibos database. 3. Right-click on the dbo.tblsettingglobal table. 4. Click Edit Top 200 Rows. 5. Click one of the NULL fields on the bottom row (to insert a new record). 6. Insert at SettingID. 7. Set the SettingValue to Click a field in another row (to save the changes). 9. Restart the Business Server service. Open the Business Server log at C:\ProgramData\inepro\log and check if it has been started without requiring SSL. 23 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT INEPRO BACK OFFICE SUITE BY INEPRO BV THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED (NOT SOLD). BY PURCHASING THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE PROGRAM, BETWEEN YOU AND INEPRO BV, (REFERRED TO AS "LICENSOR"), AND IT SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR PROPOSAL, REPRESENTATION, OR UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE PARTIES. 1. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to you, and you accept, a nonexclusive license to use the program in machine-readable, object code form only, for use only as authorized in this License Agreement. The Programs may be used only on computers owned, leased or otherwise controlled by you. The program shall only manage the number of devices specified in the purchase agreement. You agree that you may not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the Program. 2. Term (Demo Version Only). This License commences upon the installation of the software and is effective for 90 days following the date you install the software. This License terminates automatically without notice from Inepro BV upon the expiration of the evaluation term or if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination you shall remove the SOFTWARE from your computer(s). 3. Licensor's Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Program is proprietary to Licensor and protected under copyright law. You further acknowledge and agree the all right, title, and interest in and to the Program, including associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with Licensor. The License Agreement does not convey to you an interest in or to the Program, but only a limited right of use revocable in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement. 4. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Update Checks. You acknowledge and agree to allow Inepro Back Office Suite version and license status details to be sent to Inepro BV when you request to "Check for updates". This allows the Inepro Back Office Suite software to determine whether software updates are available in real-time. 8. Service. Licensor will utilize its best efforts to maintain acceptable performance of services, but Licensor makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor cannot guarantee continuous service, service at any particular time, or integrity of data stored or transmitted via its system or via the Internet. 9. Data. Licensor will not be liable for the inadvertent disclosure of, corruption or erasure of data transmitted or received or stored on its system. Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee or any of its customers for any claims or damages which may be suffered by Licensee or its customers, including, but not limited to, losses or damages of any and every nature, resulting from the loss of data, inability to access the Software, or inability to transmit or receive information, caused by, or resulting from, delays, nondeliveries, or service interruptions whether or not caused by the fault or negligence of Licensor.
