6 : Computer Networking: Introduction Govt. Polytechnic Bhaga, Dhanbad is the premier academy of department of Higher, Technical & Skill Development, Govt of Jharkhand. Earlier this institute was in bhaga town. At present this institute has been shifted to its new campus located in BIT Sindri premises. Therefore we are now looking for a suitable agency to supply, install, integrate and commission the Local Area Network in this building. The purpose) network is to provide connectivity to the all users so as to share and access applications, data, & internet services. This is a NETWORK which will construct high speed connectivity to various computer terminals in three rooms (each room size 10 x 10 meter) This network will provide steady and reliable access of Intranet along with various applications.. Users must experience rich connectivity to available recourses in network. Network shall be constructed in structured manner and shall keep strong LAN management system. Objective To setup LAN for computers in three labs. To provide high providing high connectivity, scalable, reliable, secure and robust network architecture. Eligibility criteria 1- Bidder should have experience in successfully implementing works of similar nature during the last 2 years 2- The Bidder should Authorized Dealer/Distributor/System Integrator of the offered product (Bidder to submit documentary proof). 3- The bidder should be in Networking business for a period of Minimum 2 years (supporting documents to be enclosed). 4- The Bidder shall have been assessed by the income tax department of India during last two financial years, supporting copies should be enclosed. 5- The Bidder should give an undertaking that service & spare support will be provided for at least one years, after the specified warranty period on separate commercial terms. 6- Bidder should be single party, consortium will not be accepted. 7- The Bidder is required to quote for the complete BoQ.
