3 ROTINGER BRAND ROTINGER is a brake discs and drums brand, established ROTINGER is part of Union Parts Sp. z o.o. Our offering includes over 1400 part numbers in brake discs and drums for popular European passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, covering approximately 95% of the European market. All parts are manufactured from high quality casts with hardness of HB. This guarantees a low abrasion coefficient, providing good economy combined with a long-lasting safety experience during braking. Our brake parts are produced using the latest manufacturing technology, meeting all requirements for Original Equipment components. The whole manufacturing process is delivered to full safety standards and quality is continuously monitored by quality controllers. Our certificates in TÜV Rheinland,ECE R90, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and quality approvals (we have supplier status for Fiat Auto Poland) represent the quality of our products and commitment to the highest standards of manufacturing. Our product offering is available to all automotive parts dealers.

4 QUALITY Since the very beginning of the ROTINGER brand we have focused on the quality of our products. We have held certification in ISO 9001 for many years (the current version is ISO 9001:2008) which enables us to manage logistics flow and monitor each step of the production process. As of 2014 we are accredited with Certificate ISO/TS 16949:2009 as the supplier of brake parts for Original Equipment. Further confirmation of ROTINGER producing products of the highest quality is the Certificate TÜV issued by Certification Institute TÜV Rheinland. Certificate TÜV guarantees that the product itself and its production process are supervised by an independent certification institute. ROTINGER products are also accredited with the Customs Union Conformity Certificate CU TR 018/2011 (EAC) in accordance with the current norms valid in the Eurasian Economic Community (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan). When designing and producing ROTINGER brake parts we do not forget environmental protection. In order to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment we have implemented ISO 14001:2004. The presence of the ROTINGER brand in the TecDoc catalogue (with TecDoc Data Supplier status) allows quick and precise checking of all product attributes and the applicability of all products. The range extension is continuously updated within the catalogue.

ROTINGER Tuning Series brake discs are produced by numeric machining processing and advanced finishing techniques including drilling and cutting. Attractive styling is accompanied by significantly reduced braking distance, more effective disposal of contamination and gases, improved cooling and enhanced service life. All ventilation slots are designed to ensure the optimal cooling of brake discs. The attractive grooves in each disc are not a coincidence. Their patterns guarantee the effective removal of outer layers of contamination which arise during operation on the brake pad surface (sediments, glossy surface ). ROTINGER HIGH PERFORMANCE - High Carbon class brake discs with enriched material structure and innovative anticorrosion coating. The increased carbon content results in better heat disposal, lower variation in temperature and reduced susceptibility to thermal deformation (improved thermal resistance). Thermal resistance is a key characteristic of brake discs, revealing how fast a brake disc disposes of heat and how it endures multiple periods of heating and cooling. Thermal deformation is one of the common problems affecting today s vehicles. Even after relatively short mileage thermal heating leads to unpleasant vibrations during braking.
