2 Minutes of the meeting taken by Member (PS), on to review the progress of transmission projects awarded though Tariff ased ompetitive idding (T). List of participants is attached at nnexure-i. 2. Member (PS), welcomed the participants and emphasized on the need for timely completion of transmission projects awarded through T route and requested hief ngineer (PSPM) to brief on T projects. 3. hief ngineer(pspm) stated that so far 37 transmission projects had been awarded through T route. Out of which 11 projects had been completed. 01 transmission project was cancelled by R and construction of 02 transmission projects could not be started as matter is in supreme court due to litigation and gen TL (TSP) has requested to close one project due to financial constraints. He further stated that 22 transmission projects were under various stages of construction. 4. Member(PS) reviewed progress of transmission projects utility-wise and brief of discussion were as under:. Power Grid orporation of India Limited (PGIL) POWRGRI informed that 765kV / Gadarwara STPS Jabalpur Pooling Station line covered under Transmission system associated with Gadarwara STPP (2x800 MW) Part- had been completed and balance 3 nos elements would be completed by Nov 17. POWRGRI stated that they were facing severe ROW problem in 765 kv S/ Salem Madhugiri line covered under Transmission System associated with IPPs of Nagapattinam/ uddalore rea- Package scheme and progress of 130 km of line in Karnataka has been severely affected. ue to which the construction activity was totally stopped. hief ngineer (PSPM),, advised POWRGRI to put the line on Pragati Portal. TL informed that progress of transmission elements covered under other transmission projects were on track and facing no issue. TL submitted progress of Transmission Schemes as given at nnexure-ii.. Sterlite Grid Limited Sterlite Grid Limited (SGL) informed that a new transmission project i.e Transmission system for NR System Strengthening Scheme-II (Part-) and V (NR-II & V) had been awarded to them on The SPV i.e, NR II Transmission Limited has been acquired on 31/03/2017. He further stated that they have applied to R for grant of transmission license and tariff adoption on 05/04/2017 and would apply to for approval u/s 164 after completion of detailed survey. The scope of transmission project is as under: /132 kv, 2x315 MV Surajmaninagar s/s /132 kv, 2x315 MV S/s at P.K. ari 3. Surajmaninagar - P. K. ari 400 kv /c line 4. GTPP (NPO) P.K. ari (TSL) 132 kv /c line 5. iswanath hariyalli (POWRGRI) Itanagar 132kV /c (Zebra conductor) line with 2 nos. 132kV line bays at Itanagar 6. Silchar (POWRGRI) Misa (POWRGRI) 400kV /c (Quad) line. 7. stablishment of 400/132 kv, 2x315 MV S/s at Surajmaninagar 400 kv 8. stablishment of 400/132 kv, 2x315 MV S/s at P.K. ari 400 kv 9. Surajmaninagar - P. K. ari 400 kv /c line no. 400 kv line bays at Palatana GPP switchyard for termination of Palatana - Surajmaninagar 400kV /c line. 11. GTPP (NPO) P.K. ari (TSL) 132 kv /c line with high capacity HTLS conductor (equivalent to single moose ampacity at 85⁰) SGL informed that progress of transmission elements covered under other transmission projects were on track and facing no issue. SGL informed that they have started construction of LILO line (elina-zainkote at margarh) required for connecting Samba- margarh 400 kv line with state grid. SGL requested to arrange a meeting to assess the progress of termination bays being constructed by PGIL. SGL submitted the progress of transmission projects as given at nnexure-ii 2

4 . ssel Infraprojects Ltd ssel Infraproject Ltd(IL) representative stated that Motihari s/s alongwith associated line had been delayed due to severe RoW issues and work was stopped for few days at Motihari S/s which got started with intervention of district authority. He further stated that both transmission elements would be completed by ug 17. IL informed that progress of transmission elements covered under other transmission projects were on track and facing no issue. IL submitted progress of transmission schemes as given at nnexure-ii.. GN Transmission ompany Ltd. / Reliance Power Transmission Ltd. No representative attended meeting F. Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.(KPTL) informed that a new transmission project i.e North astern Region Strengthening Scheme (NRSS-VI) had been awarded to them on 17/01/2017. The SPV i.e, Kohima-Mairani Transmission Limited had been acquired on 31/03/2017 and the scope of transmission project is as under: 1. stablishment of 400/220 kv, 2x500 MV s/s at new Kohima 2. Imphal-New Kohima 400 kv / line 3. New Kohima -New Mariani 400 kv /c line KPTL informed that progress of transmission elements covered under other transmission projects were on track and facing no issue. KPTL submitted progress of transmission schemes as given at nnexure-ii. 5. hief ngineer (PSPM), advised POWRGRI, Sterlite Grid Limited and Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. to submit the execution plan of newly awarded transmission projects and also make a demo of execution plan.
