1 Environmental Lab Tour Lab Overview Keystone Compliance s environmental test laboratory offers a well-lit, clean, temperature-controlled environment. The lab is powered by 2,000 amps, 480 volts of electrical service (bottom right) and offers a sound-insulated control room with windows on all sides of the lab (bottom left). The data acquisition system is a centralized system with data port connection boxes located throughout the lab. These data port connection channels are available to customers and they are recorded every minute of every day. Also, all vibration and shock capabilities are augmented through Spectral Dynamics Jaguar Controllers.

6 Environmental Lab Tour Climatics Temperature Chambers Keystone Compliance has two walk-in and seven reach-in temperature chambers. The chamber pictured on the right is cooled with twin 30 hp compressors for fast temperature transitions. The two photos below are of a temperature/humidity chamber with inside dimensions of 10 wide by 12 deep by 10 tall with a door measuring 8 wide by 9 tall. The seven reach-in chambers offer various ramp times and temperature ranges. Six of the reach-in chambers also have humidity capabilities.

7 Environmental Lab Tour Climatics Various Climatics Test Equipment Various other pieces of climatics equipment include: - IP Code Dust Chamber (bottom left). - Wind & Rain Test Blower that is capable of wind speeds up to 160 mph (bottom center). - Thermal Shock Chamber that includes two temperature chambers and an elevator between chambers. (bottom right) - Two Salt-Fog Chambers, one of which is 5 x3 x4 and the other is 8 x4 x4 (not shown) -Drip Pan for drip testing (not shown)

8 Environmental Lab Tour Dynamics Electrodynamic Shakers Keystone Compliance has three electrodynamic shakers. The shaker in the photo on the right is a medium-sized LDS 4,000 lbf shaker with 2 max displacement. The two photos below are of a large-sized 11,000 lbf shaker with 3 max displacement. Notice the pivot of the shaker head to allow for multiple axis testing. Both shakers pictured include a unibase with a hydrostatic slip table with journal bearings. This allows the shakers to test tall racks in the horizontal position.

10 EMC/EMI Lab Tour Lab Overview Keystone Compliance s EMC/EMI test laboratory offers a well-lit, clean, temperature-controlled environment. The lab includes two fully-compliant three-meter chambers and two semi-anechoic test chambers. Pictured below is the existing EMC/EMI lab. The new lab is under construction but will offer the same aesthetic appeal.

11 EMC/EMI Lab Tour Testing Capabilities A summary of Keystone Compliance s EMC/EMI/RF testing capabilities includes the following: - Radiated immunity testing up to 200 V/m from 10 khz to 18 GHz - Radiated emissions testing up to 40 GHz - Surge testing to 10kV/10kA and higher - ESD testing up to 30 kv -Shielding Effectiveness from small panels and boxes all the way up to large enclosures and cabling, with wide Dynamic Range all the way to 18 GHz Pictured below are a military drone test program (left) and a field uniformity test (right).

12 EMC/EMI Lab Tour 3-Meter Chambers Keystone Compliance has two ANSI C63.4 (NSA) compliant 3-meter, semi- anechoic absorber / ferrite lined chambers. These 3-meter chambers allow Keystone Compliance to perform full qualification, 3-meter measurements in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1 GHz required by the CISPR 22, CISPR 11 and FCC Part 15 standards, as well as to meet the field uniformity requirements of the EN standard. Further, to ensure these chambers continue to meet these evolving standards, they have been designed to perform testing up to and beyond 18 GHz.

13 EMC/EMI Lab Tour Semi-Anechoic Chambers Keystone Compliance has two semi-anechoic EMC test chambers for use in military, aerospace and automotive testing. There is one standard-sized chambers and one over-sized chamber. The oversized EMC test chamber measures 32 long by 20 wide by 10 high, is absorber / ferrite lined and accommodates large products such as automobiles, unmanned aerial vehicles and large industrial equipment. The chamber features large entry doors measuring 7 wide by 10 high, a flush mount 8 diameter turntable capable of rotating loads up to 8,000 pounds and an engine exhaust system which allows Keystone to perform testing on engine operated devices. Specific capabilities of the large test chamber include radiated emissions measurements in the frequency range of 10 khz to 40 GHz and radiated immunity/susceptibility capabilities of 10 khz to 18 GHz up to 200 volts/meter.
