4 Periodic Data Submittals Specific Reliability Standards and Requirements contain periodic data submittals requirements for which the SPP RE, SPP RTO, or MISO collects data submittals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Compliance sub-section 1.4 Applicable Compliance Information section of FAC Applicable Generator Owner quarterly reporting is required effective 1/1/ Entities not directly involved in the SPP RTO model development process will submit data to the MDWG Transmission Planner in which they reside. Dates for MOD-010 and MOD-012, data submittal are developed by the Model Development Working Group (MDWG) annually during the 2nd quarter for the upcoming year model series (May, 2014 for 2015 Series) and posted in the Engineering Model reference documents on the SPP RTO website for the MDWG 2015 Series Schedule. Entities shall follow the latest approved deadlines in the Power Flow (MOD-010) and Dynamic (MOD-012) model development schedules. Note that MOD-010 and MOD-012 model data reporting will be replaced with MOD R2 enforceable 7/1/

Self-Certifications Self-Certification Reporting Schedule Open Close First Quarter April 1, 2015 April 30, Entity that owns an applicable Protection System shall submit Misoperation Attestation quarterly and submit Misoperation details when an Entity has a misoperation. Both of these shall be submitted via the RAPA menu in webcdms. 5 Entities that own a Special Protection System in the SPP RE footprint are required to submit Quarterly data on all Operations and Misoperations. 6 Entities shall submit SPS Operation and Misoperation detail on the ERO-RAPA approved form through the webcdms portal. 7 Transmission Planners shall submit their individual Reliability Assessments based on the 2014 MDWG development process utilized in the 2014 SPP RTO Reliability Assessment. Annual Planning Assessments for 2016 data submittals will be based on TPL implementation. 5

Entities will receive additional notice and instructions before each quarterly reporting window. Self -Certification Requirements NERC has not identified standards or requirements that will be monitored through self-certification for Each Regional Entity individually determines the requirements and periodicity for compliance monitoring through self-certification. The SPP RE has identified requirements that will be monitored through self-certification on either a quarterly or annual basis. The requirements are scheduled according to the periodicity noted below. Exact submittal instructions will be communicated quarterly. Unless otherwise noted, all sub-requirements (RX.Y) are included under the listed requirements (RX). Note: All quarterly and annual self-certifications will require corporate signature forms signed by senior management. NERC Facility Ratings Alert If an entity has been given an extension for completing their assessments, they must continue to file Status Reports as shown in the schedule, regardless of asset priority, until they complete their assessments and remediation. If an extension is given beyond January 15, 2015, SPP RE will require biannual reporting to continue until December 31 st, The biannual reporting will continue on the same dates as the FAC Alert of each year, July 15 th, and January 15 th.. 7
