I have contacted London Midl directly, however as a private company they are not subject the Freedom of Information Act. Furthermore, as my queries relate engineering work undertaken by you, I hope you will be able answer my Freedom of Information questions. 1. There were amendments made the London Midl evening schedule on 06/12/ /12/2016 inclusive, from London Eusn Bletchley. The 22:24 was not running, I was informed by Alastair Cook, in the London Midl Cusmer Relations dept that "In our printed timetables for the Eusn line there is a general note warn those travelling with us that late night engineering work is carried out from time time. Could you please inform me what engineering work ok place over these three nights? 2. There are amendments made the evening schedule this week, 28/12/ /12/2016 inclusive, from London Eusn Bletchley. The 22:07, 22:24 23:04 services are not running. If this is due engineering work, could you please inform me what work ok place?
2 I have processed your request under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). I can confirm that we hold the information you requested. Work was carried out on 20 occasions from the 6 th - 8 th December occasions from the 28 th -30 th December The details of the engineering work that ok place during these periods are included in the attached reports. It may also interest you note that every 12 weeks the line from the south of Northampn is blocked off allow for maintenance be undertaken. The last time this occurred was the week beginning the 5 th December The next disruption will be the week beginning the 27 th February Please note that the attached reports cover the parameters of your request more (I.e. outside the area designated in your request).
