In May 2017 we acquired the mechanical engineering firm Magal Engineering, a UK-based automotive component and system supplier with plants worldwide and a global automotive industry reputation spanning over 50 years. The acquisition strengthens Arlington Automotive s position as one of the UK s largest independent automotive component and sub-assembly businesses. With nearly 1500 employers and industry-leading CSR practices, our supply-chain integration goes further than just being a tier one supplier to major leading brands. It represents our people, our products and our practices. 4 SUPPLY CHAIN I N T E G R AT I O N DESIGN MANUFACTURING Arlington leads the industry in supply chain integration. Through the acquisition of complementary businesses, such as Magal Engineering, we provide a complete supply chain service from a single source. Our integrated design business provides total accountability and project management of contracts of all size. Located in our manufacturing centre of excellence, the design team is on hand to support our engineers. We have 17 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in 8 different countries across the globe. With the very latest technology on the market and custom tools designed in-house, we can handle large and complex projects with ease. 5

We have two fully automated facilities on site, Electrophoretic Deposition (ED) and Powder Coating. The ED line provides Zinc Phosphate pre-treatment and online stoving, to achieve 1000 hours salt spray resistance. The Powder Coating line offers Oxylan pre-treatment and online stoving to achieve 480 hours salt spray resistance. We also provide other surface coatings such as wet spray, anodising and zinc plating. 19
