The Supplier should be able to designate a qualified local agent based in who could be contacted for supply of the spare parts / maintenance/servicing / repair. 2. The supplier is required to install and commission (switch on/connect up) some of the equipment (please refer to the above item list - specification). All the equipment listed above must be operational. The warranty will start only once the equipment is operational. 3. The supplier is required to include training on the basic maintenance and use for some of the equipment (please refer to the above item list specification). 4. The supplier is requested to sign this Annex B, Terms of References as a confirmation of compliance with the required features and functionalities. 5. The supplier is requested to sign the Annex C, as acceptance of UN Conditions of contracts for the provision of goods and services. 6. The supplier must prove experience and ability to deliver the goods and services in this geographical zone. Please detail past experience and provide 3 references for which your company delivered a similar solution with contact details. 7. The supplier must have available and qualified team to provide the services. Please provide CV s of trainers, technicians and technical support staff. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND PROOF. IF ONE OF THE MINIMUM MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE IS NOT MET, YOUR BID WILL NOT BE SHORTLISTED FOR FINANCIAL EVALUATION.

Wherever/if a brand name is mentioned in this document it should be understood that equivalent products made by other brands would be accepted if evaluated to be equal or superior in quality and suitable in function and design. 2. Vendors can bid for the sections of their choice (Sections 1-10) or for all 10 sections. Please quote separate price for equipment and for shipping for each Section you chose to bid. 3. ITC is exempt from VAT and taxes as detailed in article 18. Tax Exemption of the UN General Conditions of Contract, therefore the supplier is requested to submit an offer without taxes. 4. The supplier must be able to deliver and install the equipment ASAP. Please state your shortest delivery lead-time. 5. Incoterm 2010 delivery conditions DAP. 6. ITC will assist in custom clearance for delivery at final destination.
