Install 1" x 7' double-eye rod and 8" anchor. *If existing anchor is to be replaced, then add to the above amount. 2. Move 30' and shorter pole. 3. Move 35' and higher pole. (Items 2 and 3 apply only where the existing pole can be physically moved.) 4. Transfer Guy. 5. R/P (Replace) down guy. 6. Install pole to pole guy. 7. Move ground wire on existing pole. 8. Install wrap ground wire. 9. City permit-when pole is set for Attachor. 10. Restoring 1 square foot of concrete sidewalk or pavement in connection with setting a pole for Attachor. 11. Install guy insulator in existing guy. 12. Connect Attachor's aerial cable ground wire to Owner's neutral.
