7 Reach-In Freezer Case LED Light Bar Series 2LB REACH-IN FREEZER / COOLER / VISA COOLER APPLICATIONS Warranty Statement All 2LB series LED light fixtures are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. Warranty is limited to defective components and DOES NOT INCLUDE damage, negligence, misuse, vandalism, or improper installation procedures. Source LED provides a year warranty for workmanship & labor when we are the installing contractor. All shipping charges for returning the product will be the purchaser s responsibility, including shipping, handling, & freight. LED driver warranty per Advance Transformer s published statement: 5 year replacement warranty with limited labor reimbursement. Warranty Statement The original purchaser must call to obtain a RFA# (Return Fixture Authorization) prior to returning defective fixtures. Fixtures returned without a RFA# will be refused. Source LED will ship at no charge a replacement 2LB LED light fixture to customer site. Customer to have installation contractor replace defective 2LB LED light fixture at customers expense. The installing contractor will return the defective fixture in the same RFA box. The RFA# must be referenced on all returned items, return shipping charges to be paid by customer. Warranty Note: Each customer is limited to a maximum of qty. 20 warranty fixtures in a Pending Return status. Warranty fixtures must be received by Source LED within 30 days of replacement fixture shipment, otherwise customers will be responsible for replacement fixture charges.
