6 Ultracapacitors: implementations made by Sequoia PHR - Power Hybrid Regenerator Retrofit braking energy regenerator for endothermic powered vehicles (patented) Based on the ultracapacitors technology and on the SETAC accelerometer, PHR is driven by a PLC developed by Sequoia Sequoia Automation S.r.l. 24 Safety issues The whole conductive carpet is on a ground position A redundant computerized control system applies power only to a part of the carpet under the vehicle s plug, when it has been recognized and it s position identified.
