Productivity can be increased, inconvenience can be excluded. Installation of Impulse breaker boom system at the reception bunkers of crushing machines will result in real benefit, which can be calculated. Capacity of the breaker installed to the boom system is selected and adjusted depending on the dimensions and hardness of the lumps. The process of crushing should take not more than 15 seconds. In this case the lump should be crushed out into 5-6 parts allowable by size. Crushing equipment often works with different types of rocks and if lumps with high hardness fall into the machine (like granite, basalt with high compressive strength), the capacity and energy of the breaker is the key parameter. Higher energy provokes higher inner stresses of lumps and results into best efficiency.
