Application: General purpose bench, POS, and shipping scale. The Models 3732T, 6720 and 7820 are identical scales; however, the Model 3732T is primarily intended for general purpose weighing; the Model 6720 is primarily intended for POS applications; and the Models 7820, 7821 and 7720 are intended for shipping applications. Identification: The identification information is located on the right side of the scale and is made of a pressure sensitive material that indicates the word VOID if removed. Sealing: The calibration switch is located inside and under the weigh platform and is protected by a stamped flat aluminum plate. The access to the calibration switch can be secured with a lead-wire or pressure sensitive security seal. The remote customer and primary indicators have no metrological features that require the use of a security seal. Test Conditions: This certificate supersedes Certificate of Conformance number A6 and is issued to correct the tested temperature range. Previous test conditions are listed below for reference. Certificate of Conformance Number A6: This Certificate supersedes Certificate of Conformance Number A5 and is issued to include the 12 VDC battery supply option. An Avery Weight-Tronix Model 7820B-100 was submitted for this evaluation. Several increasing/decreasing load tests were conducted over a voltage range of 11.4 VDC and 13.2 VDC. Previous test conditions are listed below for reference. Certificate of Conformance Number A5: This certificate superseded Certificate of Conformance Number A4 and was issued to reevaluate the Models 78XX, 77XX and 67XX scales. The separately formed aluminum parts in the models, including the flat loadbridge assembly, were replaced by a single diecast aluminum part. The loadbridge diecast machine assembly eliminated stop screws for adjusting corners with load cell spacers. The Models , and scales were submitted for evaluation and tested over a temperature range of 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F). A load of approximately one-half scale capacity was applied to each scale over times. Increasing/decreasing load and shift tests were conducted periodically during this time. Additionally, the output was evaluated for motion detection and other error indications such as overcapacity, behind

Additionally, the output was evaluated for motion detection and other error indications such as overcapacity, behind zero, and power interruptions. Certificate of Conformance Number A3: This certificate was issued to include additional platter sizes, models, capacities, and alternate load cells. Two Model scales (5 kg with the MK-17 and MK-23 load cells) were submitted for evaluation. The scales were tested over a temperature range of 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F). Tests were conducted with power supplies of 100 VAC and 130 VAC. A load of approximately one-half scale capacity was applied to the scales over times. Increasing/decreasing load and shift tests were conducted periodically during this time. Certificate of Conformance Number A2: This certificate was issued to include alternate load cells and additional models and capacity. The Models (50 kg with MK-23 load cell), (50 kg with MK-24 load cell), and (50 kg with Scaime AG load cell) were submitted for evaluation. The emphasis of the evaluation was on the device design, compliance with influence factor requirements, and permanence. The scales were tested over a temperature range of 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F). Tests were conducted with power supplies of 100 VAC and 130 VAC. A load of approximately one-half capacity was applied to the scales over times. Increasing/decreasing load and shift tests were conducted periodically during this time. The test data for the Models and were reevaluated to justify the smaller e min and larger n max. Additionally, the Model 3732T-50 was also submitted for evaluation of the tare feature software. Certificate of Conformance Number A1: This certificate was issued to include an additional load cell. The substitute cell is identical in design to that listed on the original certificate but uses a different strain gauge design. The MK-XVII load cells are currently used in Weigh-Tronix Models SC-320P (Certificate of Conformance Number A2) and 4711 (Certificate of Conformance Number A2). The platform sizes on the referenced certificates are the same or larger than the platform listed on this certificate. Certificate of Conformance Number : The Models (7 kg) and (150 lb) scales were submitted for evaluation. The emphasis of the evaluation was on the device design, compliance with influence factor requirements, and permanence. The scales were tested over a temperature range of 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F). Tests were conducted with power supplies of 100 VAC and 130 VAC. A load of approximately one-half scale capacity was applied to the scales over times. Increasing/decreasing load and shift tests were conducted periodically during this time. Additionally, the Model output was evaluated for motion detection and other error indications such as overcapacity, below zero, and power interruptions. The results of the evaluations and information provided by the manufacturer indicate the devices comply with applicable requirements.
