4 Principles of Operation Bypass Electric Oil Purifiner System Filtration down to 1 Micron Evaporate & remove liquid & gaseous contaminants Work in conjunction with OEM full flow filter System suitable for lube oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, transformer oil.

5 Stage One: Filtration The oil first passes a metering jet; (1) Reduce the flow rate to 40 litres/hour (2) Trap particles larger than 1 micron in size. Stage two: Evaporation The oil enters the heated evaporation 95 ºC; (3) Evaporates the water in the oil (4) The water vapour is vented out before it condenses. (5) The oil exits the system via the return line and returns back to the oil sump via gravity.
