Effectivity: This service bulletin applies to the following Williams International turbofan engines: ENGINE MODEL NUMBER ENGINE PART NUMBER ENGINE SERIAL NUMBERS FJ44-4A , , , , , , , B. Reason: Re-routed to improve engine harness assembly durability. C. Compliance: This service bulletin is RECOMMENDED and shall be accomplished at the next scheduled Check 1 or Check 2 maintenance interval. Materials and labor associated with this service bulletin will be covered by Williams International for all customers. Revision 3 updated the engine effectivity. This revision has no effect on engines previously in compliance with this service bulletin. Engines previously in compliance with this service bulletin are compliant with this revision and do not need to perform this revision. D. Description: This service bulletin gives instructions to re-route the installed FADEC engine harness assembly. E. Approval: This service bulletin has been reviewed and the technical contents herein comply with applicable Aviation Regulations and are FAA APPROVED. F. 3 2. Accomplishment Instructions FJ44 SERVICE BULLETIN A. Prepare the engine for maintenance as applicable. 1. Install DO NOT OPERATE signs. 2. Open the circuit breakers to isolate the engine electrical supply. 3. Remove the cowling. Refer to the Aircraft Maintenance Manual. B. On the left-hand engine, re-route the harness assembly on the outboard side per Figure 1. C. On the right-hand engine, re-route the harness assembly on the inboard side per Figure 2. D. Put the engine back to normal as applicable. 1. Close the aircraft circuit breakers. 2. Install the cowling. Refer to the Aircraft Maintenance Manual. 3. Remove DO NOT OPERATE signs. E. Perform an Idle Speed and Leak Check Run. Reference , P.B. 501, TASK of the FJ44-4A/4A-32 Line Maintenance Manual. F. Record the accomplishment of this service bulletin in the engine logbook. G.
