2 OBJECTIVES : HS1100 / HS1101 sensors are tested against different physical and chemical parameters. This test report is a summary. Individual reports, with measurement data are available on request. EQUIPMENT / PROCESS : Equipment used are chemical & reliability laboratory test fixtures commonly available. Relative Humidity measurements are referred to a VAISALA transmitter under metrology control. Measurement Accuracy in Relative Humidity is +/- 2% RH. Reference humidity level is generated through saturated salt RH. FAILURE / REJECT / OK / NO REJECT CRITERIA - HS1100 / HS1101 sensors are all supplied with a nominal capacitance of 180 pf +/- 3 pf at 55% RH / 23 C. - Are considered as FAILURE all devices which can not operate anymore after the test, such as open circuit, short circuit or nominal capacitance variations higher than 5pF at 55% RH / 23 C. - Are considered as FUNCTIONAL REJECT all devices which present a change of their nominal capacitance value within +/- 3 to 5 pf at 55%RH / 23 C. - Are considered as OK all devices which present a change of their nominal capacitance value lower than +/- 3pF at 55% RH / 23 C. - Are considered as NO EFFECT all devices which present a change of their nominal capacitance value lower than +/- 1 pf at 55% RH / 23 C (measurement uncertainty).
