Smart electronic module 0EXiiaIIBT6 X Eurosens Dominator uses powerful STM32 microcontroller. Dominator AF has both analog voltage and frequency output in one unit, customizable. Dominator RS has both RS232/RS485 interfaces. Optional MODBUS interface. Refillings and fuel thefts autodetection. Thermocorrection algorithms make Eurosens Dominator effective even in extreme temperature conditions. Every sensor has built-in K-Line interface. Sensor networking mode is available. 10R-04 Eurosens Dominator networking Many vehicles have several fuel tanks. Many popular GPS trackers have only RS232 interface. RS232 interface is made for only one device connection. So, you can't connect more than one precise fuel level sensor with digital output. Mechatronics provides more effective solution, because Eurosens Dominator RS has both RS232 and RS485 interfaces onboard, as well as K-Line. Sensors can be connected in Network, where one sensor works as a master and calculates total fuel volume in all tanks. 8 8 Eurosens fuel flow sensors Direct and Delta Eurosens fuel flow sensors Direct and Delta Eurosens fuel flow meters Direct and Delta are working on a rotary piston technology that is the best choice for precise measurement of small fuel rates (from 1 to 500 liters per hour). It can measure a real fuel consumption on vehicles, diesel-generators, ships, boilers etc together with AVL tracking devices or as standalone unit. Usually flow meters are used for: Measuring real fuel consumption. Definition of fuel limits for given tasks. Engine test stands. Motor-hours detection Economy-assistant systems Some engines have a return fuel line from engine to tank, so it is impossible to measure the fuel consumption without much re-engineering of the fuel supply system. Mechatronics has two types of fuel flow meters single-channel Direct and differential Delta. With two metering chambers Delta measures both supply and return fuel lines and calculates the difference which is the real fuel consumption. Instead of reed switches, Hall sensors are used. 3. Detection of the interferences to the flow meter operation. 4. The flowmeter can measure not only the fuel consumption but also the derived parameters: the time of operation of the engine (boiler), fuel consumption and operating time in different modes, the time of intervention in its operation, etc. These parameters can be transmitted either through the K-line interface (PN ) or via RS232 / RS485 / CAN in the flowmeters of the version RS / CAN. 5. The PN/RS/CAN flowmeters can be installed without the use of a check valve. The electronic algorithm sees the direction of the flow of fuel. This significantly increases the reliability of the problem-free operation of the engine with a modified fuel supply system. This is a unique feature of Eurosens flowmeters.

The use of Hall sensors provides high reliability and resistance to external magnetic field. 3. The possibility of summing fuel flows instead of subtracting. 5. 14 14 Axle load sensors Axle load sensors Axle load measurement is an important problem in AVL tracking business. Mechatronics produces axle load sensors for vehicles with air suspension or leaf-spring suspension. Difference 01 axle load sensor for air spring suspension Difference 02 axle load sensor for leaf spring suspension There is an input shaft in the sensor with every turn of which the sensor changes its output analog signal. The pneumatic axle load sensor is installed in a pneumatic suspension system and measures the current pressure in the suspension balloon. This pressure is proportional to axle load. Both axle load sensors are compatible with any AVL trackers with analog (voltage) measuring input.

16 16 Eurosens Dizzi Eurosens Dizzi liquid level sensor Ultrasonic level sensor Dizzi can be used for non-contact level measurement of acoustically transparent liquids. The level is measured by echolocation through the bottom of the tank. Dizzi is glued to the tank or reservoir, therefore changes of original facory design of reservoir are not needed. Mechatronics exclusive sensor design! Benefits Dizzi allows to measure almost any fluid, including liquefied gas No tank modification is required. All sensor components are placed outside the tank. It is very important when you measure aggressive, explosive, food and high pressured liquids. Good choose for fuel tank trucks no need to drill a tank.
