17 Court Support Programs in British Columbia Court Support Programs provide information and support to victims of all types of crime involved in a criminal court process. Currently, three Court Support Programs operate from the courthouses located in Port Coquitlam, Surrey and. Although all Victim Service Programs listed in this directory provide assistance to victims involved in a criminal court proceeding, the three Court Support Programs listed below provide direct support to victims dealing with the specific issues and difficulties that arise from being a victim in a criminal court process.
