2 Incineration is a solution for handling solid and liquid waste, mainly on board vessels and offshore installations, but also used on shore. Our incinerators are fully automatic PLC controlled for environmentally optimal waste destruction. The construction is compact, simple and efficient, and complies with IMO, USCG and all class requirements. For easy retrofit the incinerators can, if required, be delivered as an equipment package for assembly in the required location on board. TeamTec Incinerator Fulfill the requirements for modern shipboard incinerators: Low maintenance cost Minimal consumption of pilot fuel Modular construction with a compact and sturdy design Automatic control and operation (no filters, no strainers, self cleaning nozzle)
3 With 35 years experience and 8000 units sold TeamTec incinerators are well known in the market. Some of our market areas: Navy fleets and Coast Guard world wide All major Shipping Companies Power Plants Floating Production Units Major Cruise Lines Fixed Production Units Supply Vessels Holiday Resorts, more than 100 units installed at Maldives
4 TeamTec Incinerator models TeamTec incinerators have been developed with a strong focus on the need for practical and environmentally sound solutions. 7 Introducing Bilge Water Injection For TeamTec Incinerators PURPOSE AND BENEFITS The original aim was and is to provide a supplement to the OWS. The problems related to processing bilge water through the OWS are well known, even with the current 15 ppm requirement, and even tougher regulations are in the works. Older incinerator models can easily be upgraded with our certified water injection upgrading kit. Developed primarily for disposal of bilge water Increase sludge capacity Reduced NOx emission No filters or strainers No chemicals No more magic pipes Inexpensive IMO certified May solve OWS problems, with upcoming stricter requirements Quick and simple upgrading of existing incinerators
