11 11 CONCLUSION After 2 years at sea FREMM offers a great operational capability that can be managed by an optimized crew of for most missions (Reported CV Drouet, commanding officer of AQUITAINE) few adaptations to the core crew are foreseen by the time being (less than 10%) Ashore reachback : provides a ground for a resilient flex team in case higher endurance is needed
