Soft material is used for lip part, and hard material is used for bellows part. Bellows part Two selections of rubber hardness for lip part. When installing bulkhead type pad holder, check the below table. tightening torque for bulkhead nut on pad holder and use proper tool to tighten the fixing nut. Make sure that there is no looseness of the nut. Table. Parallel pipe thread type and Metric thread type (size: M8, M) of direct mount vacuum pad holder are sealed with O-ring, and Metric thread type (size: M, M6) is sealed with gasket. When installing pad holder, make sure that the part on the mating equipment that the O-ring or gasket touch is smooth and there is no scratch or damage..theoretical suction force of vacuum pad for packaging bag may exceed the strength of pad itself, depending on the vacuum level. Use the pad under the condition that safety factor is under /6 at horizontal lifting, over / at vertical lifting. Carry out the evaluation under an actual operating condition.. Make sure to install Overesuction preventing adaptor to vacuum pad for packaging bag. The vacuum pad may become deformed by using it without a oversuction preventing adaptor, and there is a possibility to cause a suction problem.. When installing Oversuction preventing adaptor to, there is a risk of causing damage to the lip if pulling it excessively. 6
