3 Tooling Maintenance Course - One Day (HECS-TRA05) Maintenance and Practical Repair Course - One Day (HECS-TRA05) This is a one day course aimed at giving an understanding of what tablet problems can occur and the relationship between tablet problems and the tooling. Tooling problems will result in tabletting issues, and have a negative impact on manufacturing performance. By improving peoples awareness of the associated problems and an understanding of how the problems can be overcome, there is an opportunity to improve overall performance. 3

5 Tooling Maintenance Course - Two Day (HECS-TRA06) Maintenance and Practical Repair Course - Two Day (HECS-TRA06) This course is aimed at giving an understanding of what tablet problems can occur during the compression process and their relationship to the tablet tooling. In addition, we will provide information on tooling design and productivity improvements, as well as a hands on session showing the correct tool maintenance and tooling management techniques. Tooling problems will result in tabletting issues, and have a negative impact on performance. By improving peoples awareness of the associated problems and their understanding of how problems can be overcome, there is an opportunity to improve overall performance and efficiencies. 5
