3 Filter elements UPPER END CP Upper end cap holds filter medias together in compact form. Depending of application and filter type it can be made of plastic, aluminium or stainless steel. INTERNL NONWOVEN LYER Internal nonwoven layer gives basic protection of filter media. SELING O-RING Ensures reliable tightnes between filter head and filter element. INNER STINLESS STEEL MESH Stainless steel expanded mesh supports filtration media and give them stability. COLESCENT FILTER MEDI Coalescing filter media collects oil and water aerosols. EXTERNL STINLESS STEEL MESH Stainless steel expanded mesh supports filtration media and give them stability. LOWER END CP Lower end cap assures reliable cartridge fitting and binding of filter media. Depending of application and filter type it can be made of plastic, aluminium or stainless steel. PLETED FILTER MEDI Pleated filter media provides significant larger surface filter area than wrapped and lower pressure drop. This layer removes solid particles. FOM Drainage madia on outer side of filter element provides drainage of oil and water to lower sections of filter. CE-PED-H BUREU VERITS S.. acting within the scope of its notification (notified body number 0062), attests that the quality system operated by the manufacturer for design, manufacture, final inspection and testing of the pressure equipment identified has been examined against the provisions of annex III, module H, of the Pressure Equipment directive n 97/23/EC, and found to satisfy the provisions of the directive which apply to it. By installing additional equipment multiple filters of equal size can be joined together. Preconfigured holes near the threaded connections are intended for brackets, which are used for instalation of filter housing to the wall or to the compressor housing. nodisation (optional) Cataphoresis (on request) The main objective of the coating process is to protect the surfaces from corrosion. This technique also allows areas which are hard to reach to be painted. nodisation is available as an option, cataphoresis on request. Sight glass Sight glass has been developed for easy checking level of condensate accumulated in the bottom of compressed air filter bowl. On every casted aluminium filter housing there is a pre casted area where sight glass can be mounted after appropriate holes are drilled. WS/WM - Wall mounting kit Wall mounting kits have been developed to easily mount filter on the wall or other surface. The kit contains 2 stainless steel consoles (which are mirrored) and 6 self-tapping screws. K - assembly kit for filters ssembly kits have been developed to connect two or more air filters together. Construction of assembly kit is universal and it can be used for any type of filter, including filters of some other world producers. It is easy to connect two filters together and it includes supporting elements for easy mounting on the wall or other surface. 7 Optional versions F HT luminium high temperature compressed air filters F Flange adapters for F series compressed air filters 16 bar operating pressure 60 to 2760 Nm /h 3 volume flow rate 3/8 to 3 connections 1,5 to 120 C operating temperature range standard colour F HT filter housings are designed for very high efficient removal of solid particles, water and oil aerosols, from compressed air systems in high temperature applications. Flange adapter F is designed for all products and devices which cannot be connected to the pipeline without flanges such as: filter housing, condensate drains, dryers, valves,. The product is made of male pipe thread which can be screwed to the female connection and the flange which can be coupled to another flange. The Flange adapter F is completely protected from corrosion with zinc coating. To meet the required compressed air quality, appropriate filter element (BHT, N25HT, N5HT, XRHT, XMHT, XSHT) must be installed into filter housing.
