2 The R2F Compact Commissioning & 4 Port Valve FCU Module concept offers a pre-assembled, tested compact Ready to Fit unit direct on to the FCU 4 Port Valve with 40mm centres, over the drip tray. Comprising of the valves and components required to dynamically flush the system, back, forward or externally flush the FCU, purge and vent the FCU, automatically balance the system to provide 100% selected flow at all FCU s. VIR Commissioning Valves The R2F Compact Commissioning & 4 Port FCU Module incorporates the well proven VIR DZR Commissioning Valve in sizes 15 & 20mm fitted with a combined P/T plug with Union Drain/Flushing Valve to enable the FCU to be flushed. This allows the FCU module to be selected for a wide flow rate range between l/s conforming to the suggested flow range in accordance to BS7350. To ensure accurate flow measurement and setting adequate lengths of straight pipe upstream of the valve will be accommodated. Detailed selection information regarding valve setting, signal and pressure drop will be provided for each project. 1
