1 INSTALLATION MANUAL AND ALIGNING RIAN AUTOMATIC TOOWAY DISH. First check if there is at least 140 cm diameter free space available before you mount the system. This space is necessary to turn around the complete dish with arm and Tria. Then, if the system cannot find the satellite, it will go on searching until the end limit is reached, see photograph. In this case the complete diameter of turning is 180 cm. Obstacles lower than 25 cm can be in the range between 75 and 90 cm radius. I Mount the aluminium plate at the frame with strong bolts, or glow the plate with adhesive kit at the roof of the vehicle and use 4 parker screws to fasten. DO NOT loosen the side bolts for mounting on the vehicle. If you do so the alignment will be broken, and the possibility that the wheel come at the roof of the car when no satellite is found is possible. In case it is neccesary to loose the side bolts, alignement must be done! The best way to mount the system is to let the dish at the motor, or let the dish come up by connectiong the controller, and then remove the dish and let the arms atr the motor. If you loosen the bolts anyway, be sure to first let the motor stow by the controller in the rest position, and then let the dish rest on the brackets and fasten the bolts. Be sure the bolts are turned fast enough. The weight of the complete system is depending on how many lnb's are used, but is around the Kg.

7 Check your computer for DHCP ; start configuration screen - network en internet network status - lan connection properties internet protocol version 4 properties automatic assign a IP address. Put at your browser /install. Choose the spot you need and has found at KA sat finder, (in this case 1) The also free of charge Norsat satellite locator is a very useful app to see true your I-phone camera if the location is free from obstacles to the KA satellite, so you park your vehicle at the right place before you start. The also free of charge Peter Breitling clinometers app can help you when you are totally lost in alignment and need exactly the angle in degrees At that moment your Tria in the dish will beep and the Rx SNR will appear on your screen. The Tria in the dish gives a low intermitted beep.

8 Please note that the system memorizes the position of the satellite. If the vehicle is moved a little, even with turning off the system, be aware that putting the vehicle at the same spot, although TV reception may function properly, the RX SNR of the KA signal may be affected to the point it falls below 9dB thus affecting the upload and download speeds. Therefore the memory of the controller should be reset to search for the satellite again. To do this automatically we recommend that the green wire of the controller be connected to the circuit of the vehicle after the ignition switch. In this way the system will know that the vehicle has been moved, it will stow the dish and erase the memory and search again for the satellite. Otherwise, turn the front wheels maximal in a direction and drive the car a few inches backwards so the angle to the satellite is for sure enough different, and start up the system again to aligning at maximum signal.
