2 Pressio-Rings Wall Penetration Seals 4 pipes The high performance pipeline wall penetration seal MFPA tested Product information Pressio-Rings Seals serve as high quality seal against pressing and non-pressing water in wall penetrations of pipes and cables. Pressio Seals are the most secure type of sealing wall penetrations for pipelines. This sealing is basically tight against pressing water with pressure plates made out of stainless steel and extra soft rubber. Usage Gas and water tight closure between medium and casing pipe or core bore with a 40mm thick rubber element (optional also with two 40mm rubber elements) which is compressed between 2 metal discs. Clean casing pipe/core bore and pipe. 2. Check casing pipe/core bore diameter and medium pipe diameter with the data on the sealing kit. 3. Insert Pressio Seal into the wall and lead medium pipe through. Mount sealing kit on the outside of the building with direction of nuts inside to enable later retightening. 4. Because of its soft rubber the Pressio Universal Seals are especially suitable for plastic pipes. The sealing range for the duct of a pipe/cable is stepped with rubber blades and therefore usable for various outside diameters. 11 Pressio Universal Wall-Penetration-Seals 4 cables NEW Product information The Pressio Universal wall-penetration-seal 4cables is suitable as a multiple seal or a blind seal for wall-sleeves or core drilled holes. The Pressio Universal wall-penetration-seal 4 cables is made for a safe seal against pressing water of various dimensions of cables or pipes going through walls. The sealing range of the four single outlets for cables or pipes is flexible for diameters between 6 and 30 mm. Split rubber blades in every individual outlet allow a flexible adjustment to the cable diameter and a retrofit application of the seal. The special clip-in closure avoids an opening of the seal during the application. Advantages - One seal for a 100 mm wall-sleeve and 4 cable/pipe-outlets - Rubber blade technology for cables diameters of 6-30 mm - Split seal, quick and easy to apply with snap-in closure - Reduces stock - Rubber with double sealing surface - Extension rings can be used on the OD to enlarge the diameter for certain casing-pipe IDs. Measure pipe/cable o.d. and check compatibility with the seal. Count the rubber blades to be cut out according to the actual cable/pipe od. Cut out the necessary number of rubber blades with a sharp knife. Insert cables, close the seal and push it into the wall opening. (It might be necessary to use some rubber-lubricant) Tighten the nuts (M6) with a torque wrench, maximum 5Nm. (It might be necessary to retighten the system after approx. two hours) Attention: - A core drilled hole can be coated with KB Epoxy-coating- 4 pipes to protect the concrete and smoothen eventual holes and scratches. - Cables/pipes should be supported.

12 Pressio Seals 4 cables Multiple Seal Fast supply Pressio 4 cables Product information Pressio Seals 4 cables save as secure sealing of wall penetrations of pipes and cables up to a diameter of 40mm. Individual cable and pipe penetrations of these diameters can be cut within a very short time. Multiple and simple penetrations are possible individually. The seal is manufactured out of high class EPDM rubber with stainless steel pressure plates made against pressing water. The rubber is especially soft (Shore A 45 ±) and elastic. The pressure plates of the seal are split by default to enable a delayed mounting. A puzzle connection of the pressure plates avoids an opening of the split seal when tightened. Pressio Seals 4 cables are available for core bore drills of 50, 80, 100, 125 and 150mm. The cut plugs remain in the seal when supplied and can be compressed. A delayed occupation of a blind plug is therefore possible. Wall sleeve in fiber cement, plastic or steel are available for Pressio Seals 4 cables according to the system. Pressio Seals 4 cables are made against pressing water up to 1,5 bar. Version FIXED 4 cables is a precut version from stock, made for the most common cable dimenstions. Check given casing pipe/ core bore drill diameter and medium pipe diameter according the information on the sealing kit. 3. Insert seal into the casing pipe resp. the core bore hole and lead cable through. Apply seal on the outside of the building with the nuts inside to enable delayed tightening. 4. Tighten with a torque wrench with max. 5 Nm Advice: - A core bore should be coated with epoxy resin to protect the concrete and to smoothen cavities and grooves. - Cable/pipe have to be centered and supported - Leave blind plugs in the seal if necessary - Cabricate rubber for a perfect application if necessary The Pressio 4 cable KB 50/2 x 6-16 mm V2A closed version is supplied with two exchangeable inserts. With insert the sealing range is 6-10 mm. Without insert the sealing range is mm. The Pressio 4 cable KB 200/4x56 mm V2A has four possible outlets for pipes and cables from 2-50 mm. 14 Pressio Extension-Rings 4 pipes Anpassung der Aussendurchmesser Product description: Pressio-Extension-Rings serve as an easy, save and cost effective feature to extend and adopt existing standard Pressio-Wallpenetration seals 4pipes to more exotic or uncommon wallsleeve or corehole diameters. The outside diameter of a standard seal is build up with the extension rings. An individually cut seal is not always necessary any more. A cost effective stock keeping becomes possible also for not very common seal sizes. Pressio-Extension-Rings are made of high quality, extra soft Shore A 43 ±5 EPDM, similar to the Pressio 4pipes standard seals. The integrated groove and tongue works acc. to the principles of a modular system, granting a save hold of the ring. The principle of the dubble sealing surface philosophy is kept up with the Extension-Rings and its integrated groove. Pressio-Wallpenetration Seals with applied Pressio-Extension-Rings 4pipes grant a resistance against water pressure up to 1,5bar.
