2 1. Outline A portable automatic pipe cutting robot is a new concept product designed to combine the best of both CNC Pipe Profile Cutting Machines (extensive cutting capacity and accuracy) and portable pipe cutter (convenience of portability and cost efficiency), in order to take advantage of the strengths as well as make up for the weaknesses of both systems. 1) Portable, lightweight, and integrated CNC pipe profile cutting system This system uses a portable, lightweight, and integrated 2 axis robot which allows you to perform the pipe cutting work regardless of the site conditions. 2) Automatic Pipe Profile Cutting This system identifies the connection shapes of the steel pipes used in pipe structures or pipe laying to automatically cut the pipes. 3) Automatic control of cutting speed For a given machining operation, the cutting speed will remain automatically constant for most situations depending on outside diameter, thickness, and cutting angles. 4) Lever system that is easy to detach This system allows more convenient operation due to the lever system that makes it easier to attach the robot to/ from the steel pipes. 5) Data transmission by wireless Ethernet This system uses wireless Ethernet to transmit data needed to operate the robot. The wireless design increases the convenience of portability and simplify the maneuverability of the robot. 6) Interactive program that allows intuitive operation This system allows the operator to easily recognize and enter the required cutting shape into the program, which will improve the operational efficiency as well as the operational convenience. 7) Remote diagnostic capability Our service technician can diagnose and suggest solutions to any problems a customer may experience with the robot, using the remote diagnostic program regardless of where he/ she is. (However, this diagnostic service may not be supported if the required environment is not properly provided in the customer's site)

5 4. Special accessories No Name and Spec Selection 1 Long Type ARM This extends the Y axis feed to 760 mm and increases the work range on trunk. Please refer to the below table for the detailed range. 2 Small diameter automatic centering unit This is a guide ring to process small diameter pipes less than the standard spec 125A(5"). When equipped with this ring, process can be made more than 50A (2"). When a small diameter is selected, the gear rate of the standard one is changed. 3 Plasma Kit In order to use plasma, torch head and interface signal cable are fully provided. Separate discussion is necessary for the maker and spec of plasma 4 Work Stand It is designed to put pipes on the stand for convenient work and provided in one set with two pieces. The maximum size for safe installation is limited to 600A.

6 5 Non motorized turning roller This is an auxiliary equipment that makes the work more convenient by putting target pipes on turning roller and this device needs no power source because it spins the pipes on turning roller with robot's rotatory power. 8 6. Expendables No Name and Spec Remark 1 Magnetic Roller Replacement should be made in 1000 Hr. When replaced, both rollers should be replaced. I set of roller consists of two pairs. In principle, replacement of the rollers shall be made only by our company and old rollers shall be replaced and withdrawn. Provided and replaced by the company If there is any damage on the components such as roller bolt, replacement or maintenance service shall not be provided. 2 Arm Module's Slide pack It shall be replaced according to user's judgment because it is depending on usage environment. Provided by the company or purchased from open market. 3 Power supply cable Power supply cable shall be purchased and/ or replaced according to user's judgment. Length: The cable of 15MT and 20MT other than the standard 10MT can be provided separately. Provided by the company. 4 Other Spare Parts It shall be replaced according to user's judgment because it is depending on usage environment. Provided by the company or purchased from open market.
