3 FL Series Lubrication And Regulating Oil Stations Application This product is applied to blowers, primary air fans and induced draft fans in the power plant, and be mainly used for lubricating fans and motor bearings, and providing the regulating blade angle of fans with hydraulic power. The active media is L-TSA46-L-TSA68 industrial hydraulic oil. 4 Principle This system is comprised of oil tank, lubricating (hydraulic) motor pump set, filter, independent circulation and cooling device, on-off meter and pipe. It can carry out the functions of providing overheat and low temperature alarm signal. Meanwhile, the oil station can be provided with control cabinet for the onsite manual control. Before start-up, cut off the power switch and press the start button. Then the hydraulic (lubricating) oil can be sucked from oil tank to the outlet via one-check valve, filter, flow switch and distributor. High pressure control outlet is used to push blade angle of the fan so as to control air flow. Low pressure oil is used to lubricate the fan and motor bearings so as to increase the service life of main engine. The pressure value will be set by safety valve (relief valve) of the system. This oil station is provided with two double pumps. One is for operation, and the other is for standby. Lubricating and hydraulic parts of the system are provided with low pressure switch and extreme low pressure switch, and the lubricating parts are also provided with normal pressure switch. When the oil station starts, one pump is also started. If the system pressure does not reach the presetting value of normal pressure switch, the standby pump is started accordingly (both of the pumps are under operation). When the system pressure reaches the normal value, the former operation pump is stopped, and the standby pump is operated for the primary pump. If operation pressure of two pumps is under the set(presetting) value of extreme low pressure switch, DCS should stop the primary engine and let the oil station have a delay shutdown. Double-contact temperature switch or hot resistance is installed on the oil tank. When the oil temperature in oil tank is lower than the normal oil temperature for operation, the temperature switch sends a signal to forbid the start of motor, and the electric heater is started to heat the oil. When the oil temperature reaches normal value, the temperature switch sends a signal to stop the electric heater. Oil supply pipe is also provided with an oil temperature switch. When the supplied oil temperature is higher than the normal temperature required by the system, the temperature switch sends a signal to start the cooling circulating pump, and the cooler starts to cool the oil. When the oil temperature reaches normal temperature required by the system, the temperature switch sends a signal to stop the cooling circulating pump, and the cooler stops cooling. When the oil temperature is higher than the maximum set value, the temperature switch sends an alarm for super high temperature, and DCS should stop the primary engine. Oil supply ports at lubricating and hydraulic parts are equipped with flow switches. When the oil flow is lower than the flow required by system, the flow switch sends an alarm and the master control room should stop the primary engine.
5 Oil tank is equipped with an oil level switch. When the oil level in oil tank is lower than the point set by oil level switch, the level switch sends a low level alarm to warn the staff that the lubricating oil should be added in time and the machine should be stopped. There is a differential pressure switch at the oil port of duplex filter. When the pressure difference at the port is more than the set value in system, the differential pressure switch sends an alarm to warn the staff that filter cartridge should be switched so as to clean and change the filter module. Electrical Cabinet is optional. Two modes of electrical cabinet are Remote and Site. When it is set to Site, the control of executive elements can be completed in the electrical cabinet, and the Remote function does not work. When it is set to Remote, DCS can control the oil station via electrical cabinet, and the Site function does not work; the binary signal sent by measuring elements is directly sent to DCS, and DCS sends it to electrical cabinet, which can complete the control of executive elements. 10 LB-HL Series High and Low Pressure Oil Stations General This product is applied to the oil circulating lubrication system in large equipment, such as ball grinder being equipped with hybrid bearings, rotary kiln, etc. The active media is N100-N320 industrial lubricating oil. In accordance with lubrication principles of hybrid bearings, high pressure system is active in case of start-up, low speed and shutdown, and low pressure system is active in case of normal operation, which ensures that the large equipment can acquire reliable lubrication to increase service life of main engine even under different rotation speeds. Rate pressure of high pressure parts at oil station is 25MPa, and the rated pressure of low pressure parts is 0.5MPa. Oil Station is provided with the functions of filtration, cooling and heating. 11 Operation Principles and Structural Features Start low pressure pump before starting grinder. Low pressure oil is directed to the upper part of main bearings for spray and lubrication via check valve, duplex filter, oil cooler and throttle valve. Start the high pressure pump until the stable operation of low pressure pump. Part of low pressure oil from duplex filter and cooler are directed to main bearing and hollow shaft via relief valve and high pressure pump to form oil film. Hollow shaft is floated under the action of high pressure oil, and then the grinder can be started. High pressure pump is stopped automatically till the stable operation of grinder. After this, the low pressure pump continuous spray and lubrication at the upper part of main bearings, and the high pressure pump is re-started before the stop of grinder. The grinder is stopped till the high pressure oil reaching the stable value. The high pressure pump and low pressure pump only can be stopped till the stable shutdown of grinder. High and low pressure values are controlled by the high and low pressure safety valves in the system. There are two high pressure pumps and two low pressure pumps. One low pressure pump is provided for operation, and the other one is provided for standby, while both of two high pressure pumps are provided for operation at the same time. Pressure switches are installed at the high and low pressure parts. At the low pressure parts, it is equipped with normal switch, low pressure switch and extreme low pressure switch. At the high pressure parts, it is only equipped with low pressure switch. When the oil station starts, one low pressure pump is started accordingly. If the system pressure is not at the normal pressure, the standby pump is started accordingly (both of the pumps are under operation). When the system pressure reaches the normal value, the former operation pump is stopped, and the standby pump is operated for the primary pump. If operation pressure of two pumps is under the set value of extreme low pressure switch, DCS should stop the primary engine and let the oil station have a delay shutdown. High pressure pump is started till the stable operation of low pressure. The grinder is not allowed for operation in case of any alarm sent by low pressure switch at the high pressure parts. Temperature switch or hot resistance is installed on the oil tank. When the oil temperature in oil tank is lower than the normal oil temperature for operation, the temperature switch sends a signal to forbid the start of motor, and the electric heater is started to heat the oil.
12 When the oil temperature reaches normal value, the temperature switch sends a signal to stop the electric heater. Oil supply pipe is also provided with an oil temperature switch or hot resistance. When the supplied oil temperature is higher than the normal temperature required by the system, the temperature switch sends a signal to start electromagnetic valve, and the cooler starts to cool the oil. When the oil temperature reaches normal temperature required by the system, the temperature switch sends a signal to stop electromagnetic valve, and the cooler stops cooling. When the oil temperature is higher than the maximum set value, the temperature switch sends an alarm for super high temperature, and DCS should stop the primary engine. Oil supply ports at low pressure parts are equipped with flow switches. When the oil flow is lower than the flow required by system, the flow switch sends an alarm and the master control room should stop the primary engine. Oil tank is equipped with an oil level switch. 18 Large Oil circulation and cooling system General This product is primarily applied to the cold rolling line of steel factory and the lubrication system of chemical plants and large-scale production line. Its active media is the special rolling oil or N100-N320 industrial lubricating oil. In the circulating type cooling system of cold rolling line of steel factory, special rolling oil is used to lubricate and cool the rolling surface, and to improve glossiness and brightness of finished product surface. Through controlling the oil spray volume, spray range and temperature of rolling oil, the products can be finished in a regular shape and uniform thickness. In the chemical plants and large-scale production line, it primarily applied to lubricate gear boxes and bearings for circulation, filtration and cooling. This type of system can be customized according to the site conditions for users. Principle And Configuration The system is comprised of pump, filter, heater, cooler, various valves and all kinds of monitoring and control systems. The system can be applied to 24-hour operation with online change and maintenance of main components. Both site monitoring and remote monitoring are available. It can carry out the online or remote monitoring on pressure, temperature, flow, oil level, etc. This system generally includes work cycle, filtration, cooling cycle, heating cycle and return oil system. Work cycle is used to supply oil to the lubricating point and delivery it to each part via main pipe. According to different oil quantity demands, it can be delivered to different lubricating oil in different flow. After collecting oil at lubricating point, such oil are returned to the return oil tank, and be back to the main oil tank through filtration and cooling systems. Temperature at different lubricating points can be controlled separately for differentiation according to different operation conditions. Different control valves can adjust the temperature, flow and pressure to the right values required by operation conditions. Different instruments can monitor each parameter to reflect the actual operation conditions.
