E&G will not war rant dam aged parts or the ve hi cle due to altered in stal la tion procedures Open the hood and remove the factory push pins secruing the top of the radiator support panel cover / bumper cover. 3 3.Raise the vehicle to a comfortable working height using a lift or a jack with jack stands. Note: If using a jack, you must use jack stands. Do not rely on the jack to support the weight of the vehicle. If the jack fails, serious injury or death could occur! 2. Apply masking tape to the bumper cover and front fender where they meet to protect the paint during the bumper cover removal. 4 Remove the factory push pins from the forward portion of the front wheel well opening. 4. Remove the 10mm hex screw secruing the front bumper cover to the front fenders.

2 6 6 5 Remove the 7mm hex bolts from across the front lower edge of the bumper cover. 6. Pull out of the sides of the bumper cover to release the mounting tabs Lift up on the outer corners of the radiator support panel cover. Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the factory bolt securing the upper bumper cover attachment clip located above the head lights. 8. Insert a long, thin flat blade screwdriver along side the edge of the clip to move it away from the bumper cover on the top edge Lift up on the bumper cover to release it from the attachment clip. 10. From underneath the car, remove the electrical connector from the side marker lights (one each side).

3 Remove the electrical connector from the driving lights (if equipped). 12. Disconnect the main electrical connector prior to bumper cover removal With the help of an assistant, carefully remove the bumper cover from the front of the vehicle. 14. Place the bumper cover face up onto a clean work area and remove the front license plate bracket (if equipped) Apply additional masking tape around the upper and lower grille openings and to all high points or body creases on the bumper cover. This will protect the paint during the factory upper grille removal procedure. 16. Carefully turn the bumper cover over, unclip the factory wire harness (if equipped) and remove the factory inner bumper cover support by removing the four (4) plastic push pins.

4 Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry back the chrome retaining tabs slightly, then push in on the bumper cover mounting tabs and begin to lift the factory grille insert up as the clips release. 18. Work your way around the sides of the grille until the bottom and sides are unclipped. As you work your way across the top edge, you will need to pull down on the bumper cover as the clips release due to the stiffeners attached to the radiator support panel cover Remove the factory grille from the bumper cover (not reused). 20. For vehicles painted colors other than black or dark blue: Apply flat or semi-gloss black paint to the grille opening in the bumper cover (as shown) Carefully turn the bumper cover over and align the classic mesh grille into place, making sure all mounting studs pass through the opening in the bumper cover. 22. Align the classic verticle grille into place, making sure all mounting studs pass through the opening in the bumper cover. 5 Install the supplied upper mounting brackets and #10-24 ESNA nuts onto the upper carriage bolts and tighten. 24. Install the supplied lower mounting brackets into the lower studs then install the supplied #8-32 ESNA half nuts onto each lower stud and completely tighten Install the side mounting brackets onto the studs (one per side) and secure them with #8-32 ESNA half nuts Reinstall the bumper filler and wires harness from Step 16 and reverse Steps 1 through 13 to reinstall the bumper cover grille assembly back onto the vehicle. Remove all protective masking tape to finish.
