2 & Low Voltage Halogen PROJECT: CS TYPE: Remote and Integral Power Pipe mounting option Finished grade Optional Stability Flange 1. Excavate trench according to designed lighting plan. Dig hole a minimum of 18 deep and 10 wide to accommodate Power Pipe at desired fixture locations. 2. Slide optional Stability Flange onto Power Pipe. Use optional Stability Flange to aid in installation of Power Pipe. 3. Pull low voltage wiring from remote transformer (By Others) to Power Pipe. Allow for additional cable to make connections to fixture lead and future service. Place Power Pipe in hole. Finished grade Pea gravel or sand Finished grade Concrete Pea gravel or sand Remote 4. Back fill with pea gravel or sand prior to pour. 5. Pour concrete (By Others). Label on Power Pipe indicates installation depth with finished grade. Remote 6. Make two connections from remote transformer to LED source leads (18 gauge wire) using proper wire connectors (By Others). See wiring diagram. Integral Remote Integral GROUND GROUND IN HOUSING Integral 7. Pull branch circuit wires neccessary for installation (By Others) through Power Pipe. Use proper wire connectors (By Others) to connect transformer primary leads to branch circuit wires. Connect incoming ground to ground wire provided in fixture body. See wiring diagram. Wiring diagram. 8. Insert wires, connectors and/or transformer into fixture base and attach to Power Pipe. Tighten three (3) #8-32 stainless steel round head phillips screws at base to secure. 3 & Low Voltage Halogen PROJECT: CS TYPE: THIS PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE WITH A FACTORY INSTALLED LED OR HALOGEN LAMP. Lamp or LED Installation - If required Halogen BKSSL 1. Loosen #8-32 stainless steel set screw on cap using a 5/64 allen wrench and remove. 2. Install lamp. For BKSSL: Pull the heat sink from the body to expose the LED board and Driver components. Utilize quick disconnects to change modular LED and driver components. Re-install the heat sink into body. CAUTION follow lamp manufacturers instructions. Do not touch lamp glass with bare skin. High temperature of lamp will cause skin oil to damage glass. Clean lamps with alcohol, if touched. 3. Place cap on fixture and tighten set screw. Tighten screw to 1/2 inch pounds. Top of screw should sit flush with fixture cap. Warning: Do not over tighten set screw. Doing so will compromise O Ring seal and will void warranty. 5 & Low Voltage Halogen PROJECT: CS TYPE: Anchor Base Installation Remote Integral 1. Attach anchor base to architectural surface using suitable anchors (By Others). Remote 2. Pull low voltage wire to anchor base. 3. Make two connections from remote transformer to LED source leads (18 gauge wire) using proper wire connectors (By Others). See wiring diagram. Integral 4. Pull branch circuit wires neccessary for installation (By Others) through anchor base. Use proper wire connectors (By Others) to connect transformer primary leads to branch circuit wires. Connect incoming ground to ground wire provided in fixture body. See wiring diagram. Remote Integral GROUND GROUND IN HOUSING Wiring diagram. 5. Place fixture on anchor base.
