4 Equipment Service and Repair Description Raven Lining Systems offers several options regarding equipment maintenance and repairs for spray equipment used by Certified Applicators. Raven Lining Systems Repair and Maintenance Shop Equipment can be delivered to the Raven facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for repairs or maintenance. Listed below are several common work items such as pump and air motor services. We will notify the CA if additional parts or services required for damaged or worn components. The CA is responsible for freight charges to and from our facility. For standard services, the shop rate is $60/hour, while service and repairs will be estimated in advance on a case by case basis. Additional cleaning charges may apply. Raven Lining Systems Equipment Exchange Program To avoid downtime while components are being serviced, the CA may request an exchangeable piece of equipment be shipped. The component requested will be a completely refurbished unit in good working order. Once received, the CA can then swap components on the spray system and ship the component needing service to Raven. Upon receipt, we will inspect the component for wear or damage not covered by the exchange program. If excessive wear or damage is found, the CA will be notified of the expected costs of repair and will then have the option of keeping the exchange component or having their original unit repaired and shipped back. If the CA elects to keep the exchange unit, the CA s unit is then property of Raven Lining Systems. There are no additional fees beyond those discovered by the initial inspection. The CA pays all freight to and from Raven. 5 Raven Lining Systems Equipment and Supply Catalog The equipment, parts, tools and supplies listed in this catalog are provided to support Raven Lining Systems Certified Applicators. All items provided by Raven Lining Systems are sold in new condition unless otherwise specified. Product suppliers may vary, however, all items have been selected for specific application in relation to equipment typically used by Raven Applicators. Pricing is subject to change. Please call for up-to-date pricing. Ordering Information Raven Lining Systems maintains inventory on many of the items seen here. All items are available for shipping via UPS Small Packages and common freight carriers. All orders requiring same day shipment must be received by 12:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday, to allow for shipment preparation. All items are shipped FOB Broken Arrow, Oklahoma except in cases requiring drop shipment direct from suppliers. Applicators may authorize personnel to place parts orders with Raven. A list of such personnel must be provided in writing. In addition, other order placement requirements such as purchase order numbers, specific shipping addresses, order confirmation, etc., must also be made in writing.

6 Equipment Rentals Description Raven offers equipment rentals to Certified Applicators for various application and inspection purposes. Equipment is shipped FOB from the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facility. Rental charges accrue from date of shipment to date of return. All return shipments are the responsibility of the renter and must be insured for the values listed below. Consumable supplies (such as test dollies and adhesives) are not included with the rental and must be ordered separately. Upon ordering, a rental agreement will be supplied which must be completed and returned prior to shipment. For further details, please contact Raven. If returned and the rental equipment requires additional repair or cleaning, it will be at the renter s expense. 13 If you occasionally change materials, the Graco XP line of sprayers is the right choice. You can change the ratio by simply changing out one or two pump lowers. Multiple fixed mix ratios are available: 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1. Some nonstandard ratios are available upon request. NXT Air Motor offers a standard anti-icing feature meaning production won t stop due to motor icing. Modular design for easier maintenance. Rugged body armor won t rust or dent. Outlet manifold comes with fluid pressure gauges to monitor pump output.
