DFT.3 1 coat of polyurethene white, 2-3 mm. DFT..2 Revise item 2.9 as follow;.1 DUPLEX PUMP SYSTEM (CP-1), FUEL OIL TRANSFER PUMPS.1 Albany Fuel Oil Transfer Pump & Controller Assembly.2 Provide one packaged Albany Duplex Fuel Oil Transfer Pumpset complete with two Albany Model 10GC61412 positive displacement self-priming heavy duty rotary helical gear type pumps, each pump to be flangemounted and direct driven through a flexible coupling by a 2 HP, 208 V, 3 PH, 60 HZ, 1750 RPM motor with TEFC Enclosure, with coupling safety guard. Pumps to be cast iron, steel-fitted construction with Buna mechanical seal and self-lubricating carbon shaft bearings..3 Pump set shall be complete with one cul Listed Emergency Fire Safety Shut off Valve (mounted at Unit Inlet as per CSA), one Albany Model BS Series Cast Iron Basket Type suction strainer with 60 mesh stainless steel screens; two relief valves; full port ULC Listed ball type isolating valves at unit inlet, outlet to isolate each pump; two lift type check valves (each pump outlet); two in-line type check valves (each pump inlet); one combination high/ low pressure switch (common discharge); one flow sensing switch (at common discharge header to activate lag/ stand by pump); one full port ULC Listed ball type isolating shut off valve and ULC flex hose assembly

Shall include leak detection sensor..5 Pressure sensor, supplied with pumpset, shall be wired to the control panel to signal a pressure variation from the normal system pressure causing a system fault which will shut down the pumps and alert the operator. Control system must override low pressure sensor during pump starting (time delay)..6 Provide an Albany DUCON Series Duplex Fuel Oil Management Control Centre consisting of:.1 cul/csa LISTED; Microprocessor-based Programmable Logic Control Strategy, Nema 1 Enclosure, Disconnect Switches, Magnetic Motor Starters, Hand-Off-Auto Selector Switches, Pilot Lights for 'Power On', Motor 'Run' and Motor Trip, Terminal Strip, Pump Failure Pilot Light and Manual Reset, Audible Alarm Buzzer and Silence Push Button, High and Low Pressure Cut Outs/ Red Pilot Light/ Reset, Provisions for Main Tanks (1) Status (High Level, Low Level, and Leak Detection) with Red Pilot Lights and Dry Alarm Contacts for each, Provision to Connect Boiler Run Contact(s); Provision to Connect 1 x Flow Sensing Switch (to start Lag Pump on Low Flow Condition); Pump Set Basin Leak Detection Signal and Red Pilot Light ; and provision for all alarms to signal at BAS / EMCS..2 Can be turned on/off by Plant Automation System signal..3 High/low level alarm input, tank monitor alarm input, and pumps start/start input shall be from Plant Automation System..4 Pumps shall have lead/lag operation..7 Equipment Adheres to CSAB139 Installation Code for Oil Burning Equipment (2006 & 2015), TSSA Liquid Fuels Handling Code, CSA C282, NFPA 30 Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code, NFPA 31 Standard for Installation of Oil Burning Equipment.8 ACCESSORIES TO MOUNT IN FOS TO BOILERS
