3 INTRODUZIONE 3 Our company has been operating since 1960 in the sector of handles and locks for cars and trucks, earthmoving machinery and tractors cabs, hinges, latches and various other items. We are able to design or perform work on request or modify existing details from drawings or samples, according to the needs of the customer. We have a mould manufacturing department, a plastic moulding department, a cutting department and an assembly and testing department, allowing us to monitor our products from the design phase through to the final inspection. Our company been granted ISO 9001 certification for the design and manufacture of handles and locks for the automotive sector, mould making, assembly and testing. Metalplast Soprana reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its products. MADE IN ITALY WARRANTY: METALPLAST SOPRANA S.r.l. guarantees for a period of one year that the product sold is free from any faults or manufacturing defects that may make it unsuitable for its intended use; the buyer loses the right to the warranty through failure to notify the seller of such defects within eight days of their discovery. No warranty is due or recognised if the goods are found to be modified or tampered with, or subject to improper use by the buyer. The warranty does not extend to alleged further damage to people or things, such as labour costs for disassembly and reassembly, purchases of complementary material or anything else. If the warranty is implemented, METALPLAST SOPRANA Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, provide for the replacement or free repair of the goods or refund the price paid for their purchase. This is without prejudice to the conditions given in articles of the Italian Civil Code. PAYMENTS: the terms of payment should always be agreed upon between METALPLAST SOPRANA and the buyer during the acceptance of each order. Payment should always be made in the manner and within the time agreed and indicated by METALPLAST SOPRANA on the invoice. DISPUTES: For all disputes, the court of jurisdiction shall be that of Turin (Italy).
