Charging of rent for half of the Convention Centre:- a) If the half of the hall of the Convention Centre is rented out, the rent shall be charged for the extent of 950 Sq.mtrs at Rs.180/- per Sq.mtr per day. Renting out banquet or Lobby:- The banquet hall or lobby or both can be rented out at Rs.180/- per sq.mtr per day and the charges will be levied for the entire area of the lobby or banquet hall or both as the case may be. Renting out for different purposes:- When the organizer conducts exhibition and convention in the same hall, the rent should be charged at the rate of Rs.300/- per sq.mtr per day for the stall area used for exhibition in addition to the applicable hall charges for the
