2 A New Solution TT Series Castor 1 After years of R&D in twin-wheels castor, Catis finally up the ante with its TT Series. Unlike most of the current brands, our twin-wheels is a brand new castor designed from ground up focusing on the convenience for end users and the environment. New locking system is the heart of the design using two pedals configuration, readily able to read the locking mode, ON and OFF. Pedal application is light and easy while noise level is only pleasantly audible. Meanwhile, making sure your equipment stays as desired, our new Trident Locking System (total lock castor only) deadlocks the swivel head and anchors the two wheels at 4 respective locations (see illustrations on ). Now, no more guess work for parking or when motion is required. No more scratching up or fouling up your shoe tip. No more wandering equipment in the hall way. Loose part, an annoyance commonly found in most brands, is totally under heavy guard. The swivel head and wheel axles are reinforced with top quality precision ball bearings. As one should expect, noise, vibration and wobbling are merely minute physics phenomena. Mounted with non-marking elastic PU, the wheels roll so smooth that motion calls for imagination. Protection to the internal mechanism is taken to the extreme. Other than the mounting fitting and two wheels, most internal parts are integrated into tough and light weight engineering plastics during production forming the body. Hence, while reducing its overall weight, the integrated system acts as a stress member itself. That being so, mechanical parts are kept from direct hit by dirt and water, making life much easier and longer for the TTs. Every material used in TT Series is oriented to the benefit of our environment, as all parts are non-toxic and can be recycled. Catis strictly abides with ROHS policy.
