1 ENGLISH DATED Large Sweepers SL410/480/580 Reliable, robust, economical. Innovative strength.
2 Large Sweepers SL 410/480/580 ENGLISH DATED Pre-eminence at its very best. BROCK SL 410/480/580. The SL 410/480/580 series tackle the highest cleaning demands with an extra amount of power and endurance, especially when it comes to road construction. Thanks to the BROCK trademarked building block system, these giants among large r oad sweepers, as with all vehicles bearing the BROCK name, can be easily outfi tted or r etrofi tted for summer or winter operations. The SL 410/480/580 master a multitude of tasks with the help of a wide spectrum of auxiliary equipment options, which optimally prepare the vehicles for even the most demanding applications. These r oad sweepers r each gigantic pr oportions, even in their standard confi gurations: The enormous turbine airfl ow capacity of 480 m³ per minute provides the SL 410/480/580 series with an extr emely high suction for ce. These largest of the large road sweepers from BROCK clear the way and make a quick end to road construction residue, gravel, loose pavement material and oil r esidue for gr eater road traffi c cleanliness and safety Efficient auxiliary equipment: Upstream, high-performance power nozzles work with a water pressure of up to 300 bar. The SL 410/480/580 assembly group is characterized by its unique design. The SL 410/480/580 series stand out every time they re emptied thanks to their 60 tilt angle and service-friendly hopper pivot fulcrum. 3
3 Large Sweepes SL 410/480/580 3 Reliable, robust, economical. High-performance in a large format. New standards with regard to cleanliness and endurance. With 9.5, 10 or 1 m³ debris hoppers and 3,000, 3,500 or 5,000 litr e water tanks, the SL 410/480/580 are ideally pr epared to take on the longest and most fi lthiest of jobs. All units except the debris hopper are made at our own facilities. The components featur e outstanding material pr operties with low wearing characteristics. The debris hopper walls, middle partition and fl ooring are manufactured out of high quality (1.4301) stainless steel, while further components on the sweeper unit are made of steal ST 5-3 steel with special protective lacquering. These road sweeper giants are a rewarding investment, especially when there are extensive areas to wash and clean: With one full tank of water, they can accomplish what other vehicles would r equire multiple trips and fi llings to accomplish. Other advantages of these economical and envir onmentally friendly vehicles: The flexibility, reliability and robustness of the SL 410/480/580, together with excellent driving comfort, many special functions and distinct user friendliness transform these into high performers with regard to cleanliness. 4 BROCK technology comes to grips with all road surface dirt and contamination. 5 Efficient cleaning through power nozzles and technology bearing the BROCK name. 6 The SL 410/480/580 cleaning systems offer excellent technology for the highest levels of cleanliness. 7 Robust and high quality to the most minute detail: pneumatic lateral water nozzles
