2 2 Compact Sweeper SL 140 ENGLISH DATED 0 10 The dynamic power pack. BROCK SL140. The BROCK SL 140 is right at home in the jungle of the city. When things get r eally tight, it works its way thr ough the narrowest inner -city str eets and alleyways thanks to its incredible manoeuvrability assisted by a panorama view. At the same time, the SL 140, like all road sweepers bearing the BROCK name, distinguishes itself with its high suction capacity and low consumption. Its excellent driving comfort, ease of operation and straight-forward design are further trademarks of our machines. The SL 140 is built onto a Mitsubishi series chassis and reaches speeds of up to 90 km/hr. In comparison to other compact class sweepers, it is mor e economical in maintenance and upkeep and can even be driven with the old Class driver s license. All these features add up to make our SL 140 one unique compact sweeper The SL 140 manoeuvres smoothly, even in tight situations. The SL 140 is characterized by its unique and compact design. The SL 140 once again serves as a model for moder n design and highperformance technology, featuring a newly developed 4 m³ debris hopper, manufactured as is the 750 litre water tank out of (1.401) stainless steel, as well as r obust, glass fi bre reinforced plastic panelling on the sidewalls and rear hatch door. Precisely structured assembly gr oups together with ergonomically formed operating controls combine to support drivers in their daily work. When all these featur es optimally come together with low-noise and environmentally friendly functions, then the machine must certainly bear the BROCK name. On request, the SL 140 can also be deliver ed with an auxiliary left-sided sweeping unit, with a swivel-mounted cylindrical roller brush, a camera unit, a foliage suction unit and much more High quality special equipment for your safety: camera unit mounted as desired. The 600 mm wide suction duct is outfitted with a pneumatically actuated coarse material (tilt table duct) pick-up gate. The conical brush has a diameter of 700 mm. The sweeper unit locks automatically in the raised position. When the reverse gear is engaged, the sweeper unit is raised automatically, as well. Emptying and cleaning is child s play thanks to the large hopper hatch door with its integrated seals and smooth contours. The eccentric hatch door lock can be set very easily. All functions are clearly and conveniently controlled from the control console
