2 Jacks Farm Bin Jacks 8,000 Lb - Single Sheet The FJ jack gives the ability to accomplish tasks safer, quicker, and easier than ever before. This jack is equipped with a 3 bore hydraulic cylinder, 9/16 wire rope, and backed by SMI & Hydraulic, Inc. quality workmanship. This jack features a single sheet lifting range. It also features an adjustable bracket which can lift 32 to 44 sheets. All farm bin jacks come standard with a load lock valve for added safety and peace of mind. Also, 30 foot hoses with flat face quick couplers for increased assembly efficiency and ease of use. The farm bin jack is rated for 8,000 lbs. of lifting capacity, and travels full stroke without stopping to change pins. Our farm bin jacks are easily disassembled to move in and out of different locations.

It also features an adjustable bracket which can lift 32 to 44 sheets. All commercial jacks come standard with a load lock valve for added safety and peace of mind. Also, 30 foot hoses with quick face couplers for increased assembly efficiency and ease of use. The commercial bin jacks may be rated for 18,000 lbs. to 30,000 lbs. of lifting capacity depending on the model.

5 Jacks Tower Dryer Jacks 30,000 Lb Capacity The DJ jack gives the ability to accomplish tasks safer, quicker, and easier than ever before. This jack is equipped with a 4 bore hydraulic cylinder, tube frame, and backed by SMI & Hydraulic, Inc. quality workmanship. This jack features a lifting range of 110. All dryer jacks come standard with a load lock valve for added safety and peace of mind. Also, 30 foot hoses with flat face quick couplers for increased assembly efficiency and ease of use. The dryer jack is rated for 30,000 lbs. of lifting capacity. SMI & Hydraulics, Inc. can customize the tower dryer jacks to build grain bins from the inside or the outside of the bin.

6 Power Unit Farm Bin Power Unit The FPU-10H13 features a 10 zone system with a 13 hp Honda gas engine. Also, comes with a sturdy frame mounted on casters for ease of mobility. The FPU-20H18 features a 20 zone system with an 18 hp Honda gas engine. Also, comes with a frame mounted on casters for ease of mobility. Larger engines are optional.

7 Power Unit Unifed Power Unit 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15 Zones are standard. PLC / PB The 5 and 6 zone systems have the option for push button or PLC controls. Both versions have the same ability; however, the plc has a touch screen with additional monitoring features. Engine Skid Based on the zones, different power sources are available to power the unified lifting skid. Some of these include a 22 HP Kubota diesel engine, 20 HP electric motor, 26 HP Honda gas engine, and a 70 HP Kubota diesel engine. Remote All unified systems come with a remote control which allow the user to start, stop, or control throttle speed of the motor from inside the bin. Unified Our unified system provided an equal volume of oil to each zone regardless of pressure differences between the zones. The jacks can be preloaded to the optimal pressure before raising the bin in the unified mode. Lifting a grainbin level has never been so easy.

9 Accessories Center Poles SMI can build center poles and stairs for any size grain bin. We will customize them to your specifications. Most can be manufactured to be expandable to fit a variety of grain bin sizes. SMI can also supply scaffold brackets and hand rail for bins with tall stem walls. 10 Accessories Load Lock Valves Load lock valves hold the bin up in case a hose should break, just a 90 flip of the red control lever allows the jack to come down to reattach the bracket. Manifolds Manifolds come standard with flat face quick couplers with an optional number of jack connections.
